Metatrader Broker for Trade Future and Index ?
fxeconomist replied to dowjonestrader's topic in E-mini Futures
Is it possible to connect your app to my Hotforex platform? -
What do you think about CFD trading? Is it reliable enough? In my opinion brokers that offer ECN shouldn't have this issue

Why Don't More People Learn to Trade?
fxeconomist replied to edgararakelyan's topic in General Trading
Great advice. I would also try to try different broker platforms, because comparing conditions you understand what matters for you. More information about which trading conditions are possible - more ideas how to construct some strategy that will have an edge over market. -
Looking forward to hear more from you because you did very careful and instructive analysis. However I trade CFDs with Hotforex via MT4 and not very familiar with Ctrader. Does it have any advantage?

Introduce Yourself Here - Don't Be Shy!!
fxeconomist replied to trading4life's topic in Beginners Forum
Bitcoin is a great investment and payment tool, but recent volatility proves that it's also perfect for speculative purposes. That's why I switched almost completely to BTC trading on my Hotforex platform, because volatility gives a lot of intraday trading opportunities.- 2025 replies

Great however MT4 is more popular trading language among newbie traders because majority start from trading with CFD FX brokers which offer Metatrader platform. I would order an EA from you but it need to work on Hotforex MT4

What Really Works for Technical Traders
fxeconomist replied to phantom's topic in Technical Analysis
I think what really works isn't publicly available stuff. Profitable algorithms are the same thing as trade secrets which should be stored properly. Even if I were offered to sell my algo I use with Hotforex I would never do that because it makes money and selling it makes no sense.- 324 replies

How can I install and test it on my MT5 platform? Is it easily customisable?
-
I like to trade breakouts I use Hotforex platform for that with python integration, they provide platform with low latency where scalping is possible.
-
Exchange, supply and demand on them and of course arbitrage between exchanges and starting from recently derivative instruments like CFDs on bitmex
-
Thanks by the way can you recommend some reliable broker? What do you think of Hotforex?
-
Can you withdraw price instantly or you have to meet some trading volume requirement?
-
I use MT4 trading platform from Hotforex, I think it is sufficient and pretty functional for occasional trading and speculations.

How long does it take to become a successful trader?
fxeconomist replied to kingston's topic in Beginners Forum
Yeah, correct at least it has to be clear for you, why you placed some particular trade. Every step should be at least logical for a trader. -
Which broker or brokers are you trading with? Please share your experience and tips.
-
Do you mean Hotforex or other broker? Can you share your experience of dealing with them?

Considerations for a Wannabe Trader...
fxeconomist replied to TheNegotiator's topic in Beginners Forum
Thanks and what broker can you recommend for trading? -
I would say that there is no such thing as best brokers, sh*t happens sometimes with all of them especially since they have no control over their liquidity providers, when they fail, everybody blame brokers, but NDD brokers are simply mediators and it's not their fault nor their usual practice. An examples of STP broker is Hotforex.
-
Single trades are not representative and very rough estimate of trading skill. Can you repeat your profitable trades and show consisting winning or some reasonable winning ratio in your performance? Most traders fail at this requirement.
-
I'm looking for no deposit bonus offers like this one. Please recommend only legit brokers, preferably with FCA license and established reputation. Discussions about special conditions of the offers are welcome.
-
Agree, that's why after series of losses it slowly dawns on newbies that holding implicit faith in luck is disastrous and they have to rely on calculations and statistically sound methods. It's hard to make abnormal returns on the markets which are close to efficient.

Metatrader Broker for Trade Future and Index ?
fxeconomist replied to dowjonestrader's topic in E-mini Futures
You can try CFD on indices. You can trade them for example on Hotforex platform, transaction costs are similar to what you are looking for. -
I traded signals but unfortunately they didn't work for me. I think it is very difficult to find professional and winning signal provider because truly winning traders can attract much more serious investors than random low-capitalised investors from internet.
