Real Estate or Stock Market?

Recommended Posts

Imo stock market is better both because of volumes, extensive amount of information for any type of trader or investor and, most importantly, some sweet volatility to be able to profit even from fail trades.

For volatility better to go in forex trading. Make 40-50 pips daily with Hotforex on pound now, trading from S/R levels, they work better than ever now.

Well, depending on the your knowledge about the two, your risk tolerance, and how you want to invest and for how long.. Notwithstanding, i will recommend the stock market cos it offers lower price entry and yield quite much over time.

And concerning trading Forex, I will recommend you this; since it is post Brexit now, continue selling GBP against any currencies if you are trading the forex market. More room to go on the downside for GBP.

if you can do both then its even better, as long as you have the time for it, I do forex at hotforex and crypto at binance and stock locally and its fine, we go for the profits no matter where it takes us

FX and equity markets offer higher returns especially in case of central bank policy support so I just wait for signals from major central banks to make some buy-and-hold medium term trades. I though use Hotforex CFDs to create exposure because I don't need dividends since I'm focused on capital gains.

The value of stocks can go to zero, which is unlikely to happen with real estate. Diversifying a stock portfolio is much easier than a real estate portfolio. You can buy shares in many companies without getting close to the dollar investment needed to diversify your real estate portfolio.

Real estate can also have bubbles so better agreed with diversifying the portfolio and much more important is to learn about these avenues where we wanted to diversify our hard earned income.

    • Question: To those that had/have cancer, what were the signs that made you think “something is not right here” to make you go see a doctor? Answer: So, 5/25/2018, I woke up, got ready for work, and as I walked to my car, I started gagging. Like something was stuck in my throat and I needed to clear it. And then it went away.   But 10 minutes after that, I was T-boned at 40mph on the driver side door. But what made me see a doctor was while my muscles felt better and bruises were going away, the gagging still continued, I started having fevers, my neck felt swollen, I was having such a hard time breathing, and I'd have random sharp pains in my chest, but not from where the seat belt saved me.   2 weeks after the accident, I finally see an urgent care doctor, who looks me over, tells me I'm fine, but luckily requests a neck X-ray. And I ask for a chest X-ray, which he rolls his eyes but let me have (most of my pain was in the neck, so I understand).   The very next day, he calls and says “So, that chest X-ray shows there's a 4 inch mass on your heart and lungs, and your lungs have been filling up with fluid, as well as in your pericardial (heart) wall. We need you to come in tomorrow.”   Turns out the big mass, due to the accident, caused my heart and lungs to tear and fill with fluid, the swollen neck and gagging was caused by 2 metastasized tumors, and the fevers and weight loss were symptoms. Stage 4b Hodgkin's Lymphoma.   But thankfully, we went very aggressive with chemo (and had a lot of bad side effects that don't normally happen to patients), and now I'm about 16 months cancer-free. Yay lucky X-rays!
