Looks like a good idea! high volume up there, but no follow through, although after yesterdays unusual selling, I think today could be about consolidation.

Banked at high of day for 33 pips, moved trailers to 640

 

Trailers stopped out, should have anticipated a reaction at resistance in a down market.

Just came within 1 point of my stop . Moved it to breakeven after it went lower a good 40 points seemed the sensible thing to do... but I would hate to get stopped out on the tick!

Long Dax ...short Ftse...sort of pair trade...

 

Closed the short Ftse at the low....worked out well...

 

It might be tomorrow before it becomes clear whats going on...

I have no idea why the Dax is so strong...and was fighting it all day..what an idiot..and

presumably Ftse weak on falling oil shares despite the Oil price...
