China's most worrying aspect is it's real estate market, Investors are buying properties like no tommorow, however the average chinese can':(t afford the heat of the market, prices HAVE to fall before properties get filled, the bubble is huge, but very different than what happened in 2008.http://cdn2.traderslaboratory.com/forums/images/FH_Sahm/smilies/custom2/frown.gif

the other day early London news of possible default in China send the aud on its heels......and it was after strong CPI report in Australia.....why? 30% of Australian exports go to China so what is happening there is strongly influences the area

 

now extrapolate to the world and see the impact

China is no longer a bubble expanding.

 

Only the clueless don't realize it's a bubble which has now burst.

you don't think USA bubble is about to burst too do you? or maybe you think USA is not in a bubble?

Anything is possible but no I do not think the U.S. is in a bubble at the moment.

 

Many American waist line are at bubble stage though.
