Are You A Victim Of MF Global or PFGBest?

This is our first interview with James Koutoulas, Hedge Fund Manager turned White Knight / Wonder Boy Attorney for over 10,000 victims of MF Global and PFGBest. Are you a victim?

James Koutoulas co-founder of the Commodity Customer Coalition, which represents the interests of over 10,000 investors and traders, pulled no punches today as he spoke with great passion regarding the plight of those who have been victimized not only by Jon Corzine of MF Global (currently partying in the Hamptons) Russell Wasendorf Sr. of PFGBest (currently incarcerated) but by the very regulators who were put in place to protect them. The breach of fiduciary duty is heinous at best.

"My goal is real simple: getting everybody's money back," he says. "And I think we have a very high likelihood of doing just that." In early November, Koutoulas, along with fellow Chicago futures trader, John Roe – son of Tennessee Republican congressman Dr. Phil Roe – founded the Commodity Customer Coalition, a grassroots group that seeks to represent the complex legal interests of MF Global's former clients and now those of PFGBest.

I lost money with PFG. I want back more than I lost. The lawsuit should be against the NFA not against PFG. They empowered this type of thievery by allowing us to trade through and trust in brokers who had been cleared by them. All assets in the future should be held by a single entity bearable for full loss and backed by the government to a set amount somewhat like your bank account.

This is empowered thievery! What an awesome gig. Get old, continue to siphon off millions, turn the money into metal currency (gold, silver, platinum etc....) or hide it offshore or physically hide it and watch your family live like kings while you spend your few remaining days in jail after getting caught.

What a beautiful racket, this should inspire many more corrupt brokers to do just the same. By the time they are caught everything will be in place to support their families secretly for generations to come!!

I had a bad experience in trading. I did lost $17,350 in total and i when i try to cash out one story or the other keep coming up to me at every giving point of time so i give up on them.after several weeks i came across this agency, expert recovery that help me get back about 75 percent of my lost funds. I learnt thee is a class action court proceeding to sue scam binary companies but I believe that takes more time and money paid to lawyers is way expensive. You can talk to a recovery expert.

A website that offers fraudulent EAs is being used for scams and other financial crimes. The website in question is btcmt4.com and belongs to Philippe Ballesio who uses the pseudonym "plukumust". He took away 1 BTC, never responded after paying for an EA he never sent. That man has a great history of scams, after investigating in depth I could find financial crimes, computer crimes and common crimes. Your most recent fraudulent system is btcmt4, be careful ...

    • Is it possible to use AND and OR for optimization in Amibroker? Lets look at this line of code: U = Optimize(1, 0, 1, 1);  Buy = (C > MA(C,20) ) == U;  //condition is True if U = 1 and False if U = 0 In effect I can flip ">" operator to "<=" by using numerical values of 0 for False and 1 for True in optimization. Is there a way to do the same with AND and OR? Lets look at this line of code: Buy = ROC(C,5) > 1 OR ROC(C,1) < -2;  and this one: Buy = ROC(C,5) > 1 AND ROC(C,1) < -2;  Is there a way to run an optimization on the following so it is an equivalent to switching between AND and OR: OPERATOR = Optimize(AND, AND, OR, ?);  Buy = ROC(C,5) > 1 OPERATOR ROC(C,1) < -2;  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    • Being regulated by the CySEC! Are you serious? 🤣 Ok. Let's get serious. Only the FCA is what we can call a real regulator, so could you please name just ONE crypto broker regulated by the FCA? And I said REGULATED and not REGISTERED. You know what I mean. 😜
    • ) I want to share my trading experience with Fiatotrade . Two years ago I started a small amount, received a little profit and withdrew the entire amount without any problems. Then after some time he threw quite a large amount and began to trade in large volumes. Problems began in the form of slippages and requotes, as it turned out later - this is due to the fact that the type of account was Standard . In general, I decided to withdraw the entire amount again, they asked me to confirm the passport data (probably because the amount was large). Confirmed - withdrawn in 5 minutes. Then I took a break again and a year ago I decided again to trade with this broker. Again I started a large amount, but already on the ECN account. There was no requote, and with slippings almost without problems. In general, trade is on its own, and profit is also available and derived. Therefore, I remain with this broker for now, because I checked it on my own skin.
