Hello everyone!

I am an advanced trader, with many years of experience (about 15 years - 10 living exclusively from this)

I am going to give you some tips that you must know:

  1. There are going to be many people who tell you that trade is easy, that with only crossiing a line  with another one you will win a lot of money.... and that´s not true.  No, Sir, reality is far away from that.
  2. Many people who start arrive here with the hope that someone "gives them" a free method, they watch youtube videos thinking that this will give them the "strategy" and in a few days they realize that it does not work for them - they lose money - and then They go looking for a new one ... and so on.
  3. YES, IT´S TRUE YOU EARN IN TRADING, A LOT. BUT THINK: for a few to win (10% + any BROKER) many others must lose (90% people).
  4. YOU MUST HAVE A MONEY MANAGMENT FORMULA ( you can email me)
  5. People study so many years to live on this, not because they are dumb, but to know what they do, when, and have absolute effectiveness.
  6. It´s very easy to get lost here: do not disperse, jumping from one to another strategy WILL NEVER give you money, it will only waste your time and make you nervous when trading. PEOPLE WHO CHANGE THEIR METHOD CONSTANTLY : LOOOOSE ALWAYS.
  7. If you have the knowledge to develop it, take your time and do it.  Always try it first on DEMO for at least 2 weeks!
  8. If not: search to buy a solid strategy (no you tube videos pleassse ! Avoid losing money! )
  9. This is like any business, it requires some capital to start (capital = money in the broker + solid made /purchased strategy)
  10. If you are lost: I RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO WASTE TIME IN YOUTUBE, JOIN PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A METHOD ... PLEASE !!!! DO NOT BUY 10 BAD AND CHEAP METHODS, SAVE MONEY AND BUY ONLY 1 BUT EXCLUSIVE AND MUST ALLWAYS HAVE SUPPORT !!!!!
  11.  Do not buy Signals! They never keep up with constant profits! One week will win and the next will lose. Nothing that does not depend absolutely on you will give you the money you are looking for.
  12. And if you do not have a strategy (made or purchased) do not even try
  13. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: DO NOT USE REAL MONEY! AT LEAST 2 WEEK DEMO

FREE HELP HERE!!!!!  IF YOU FOLLOW MY ADVICE YOU WILL BE PART OF THAT 10% WINNER, email me.

Have a nice trading day :)

So I've been 18 for about 4 months, since I turned 18 I started up an account, and basically thought I was doing amazing because of beginners luck, put in some of my savings and managed to do well, some days I would make £200, one day I even made £900, after time I lost my profits and made a loss as well. I've realised I need to spend the time analysing the market and making technical judgments. I'm trying to read more and spend a lot of my time looking at the charts. is there any advice people can give me. and is making 5% a week a realistic goal to set myself? before anyone assumes that im looking for a get rich quick scheme, im certainly not, I see every loss ive made as a lesson and ensure that I learn from each mistake I make.
any advice about indicators, strategies, how to analyse the market, or even analysing earning reports would help me.

Applying Double Confirmation on a Breakout Trade
      Anatomy of a Breakout Pattern
The price formation of the breakout is placed where the key level has established itself. The price pushes forward to break the key level. Usually, the price approaches that level to retest its boundary. With momentum, it confirms that this price level is indeed a valid key level.

A breakout trader would want to trade these breakouts especially when the price is pushed just enough to break that level. If that level breaks, the price will continue along the upwards march.
But, success is not always guaranteed. As seen by an earlier sign, a false breakout can be expected because a breakout was not well established. This is when a false price can shoot above and soon after back down, both moving through the key level. This is also known as a fake out.

      Breakout Phase 1
The market can play either towards a full breakout or a fakeout. The trader’s patience is what is key. Plenty of discretion is needed, or it can be a dangerous game. To keep out of trouble, a trader should use the price action confirmation, in order to validate that the breaking of the key level is well established. Confirm that the price has a high enough probability in order to continue the direction of the breakout.

      Confirming The Confirmation
Allowing the price to make the breakout, waiting for it to return back to test the key level, and finally buying the position right on the spot is a common method but not a recommended one. However, this is not safe trading, the breakout formation can naturally be discovered as a false breakout. So, we need further confirmation before we can confidently jump into the trade.

      Double-take on The Confirmation
To establish another confirmation, take the highest peak that price achieved after the breakout and this will be the newly established confirmation level. The green light will be given if breaking out of the confirmation after the key level was successfully tested. The final confirmation will show a higher probability to succeed with the price while continuing in its desired price direction. Now, this is when the trade can be continued.
Take note: while attempting to test the key level - if moved lower than the key level, then moved up, passed the confirmation level - The probability of the continuation of this direction is less. Be warned not to take the trade or rather, to take it with more caution in smaller position size.

      In Conclusion
Wait for confirmation to understand the true nature of the break. Breaking key levels cannot be traded as is, because we may not be sure if it is a false break, a fakeout, or a real break. Always  To obtain confirmation - notice the return of price back to the key level, retest it and observe whether or not it breaks the peak that was created prior to the breakout. Once the final break is confirmed, there is a much higher probability of success and it is a precise time to enter into the trade.

Or do you consider only men as good traders?

How to reduce eroding Forex slippages? Slippage is more likely to occur in times of higher volatility (perhaps due to market events) and it makes a market order at a specific price impossible to execute. Such times are when large orders are executed, when market orders are used and when there is not enough interest at the desired price level to keep the expected trade price.

Slippage is neither negative or positive movements, it is simply the difference between the expected purchase price and actual executed price. Since the corresponding securities are bought and sold at the most favorable price available, an order can result differently. In this situation, most forex dealers will execute the trade at the next best price.  In forex world, the market prices changes fast and the slippage happens in times of delay between the order placed and its completion.

Slippage is the difference between the expected filled price of a trade and the actual price filled. In other words, when your trade is executed at a worse price than requested, so it is “slipping” from the original order price. It happens between the time that a trader enters the trade and the time the trade is made. It can happen to everyone in any given trading market; stock, currency, or commodity.

This may be caused by an ineffective broker, increased liquidity and fast market. The forex market is very liquid and there are limited amounts of slippage.

    • the one that you study hard about
    • Good Morning to all Gentlemen and Ladies. I've had a minor favor and is new to this forum at present. My request would be, could someone explained to me in a meek manner on how the calculation is dealt with? For instance, how do you calculate the TPO above/below the POC? Is it calculating by the means of the alphabets starting from "the POC or above" it?  Looking forward to hearing some response from anyone with a senior of experience in the application of Market Profile. Thank you in advanced!
    • Near Term Outlook Unchanged as AUDUSD Trades Weaker   AUDUSD Price Analysis – August 22 The Aussie is holding weaker so far with the yuan softer on the day on a softer note for the equities and treasury yields. However, yuan has a relative effect on USD as the PBOC fixed the yuan weaker again today, reaffirming the notion that they will allow the currency to weaken but not too quickly.   Key Levels Resistance Levels: 0.7205, 0.7085, 0.6827 Support Levels: 0.6748, 0.6676, 0.6620   AUDUSD Long term Trend: Bearish But as seen in the daily picture above, the near-term picture in AUDUSD remains unchanged despite the pair slipping to session lows on the level at 0.6748 currently. Both buyers and sellers have more work to do to gain more momentum to push prices out of the downward range since last week.   While the forex pair is experiencing a stall, this could just be a correction, as both the medium and long-term trends are still bearish.   AUDUSD Short term Trend: Ranging However, AUDUSD needs to break the monthly support zone on the level at 0.6676, which is currently providing support for the momentum on the pair at the level at 0.6748.   The currency exchange rate will most likely continue to trade downward and flat for today waiting for the required volatility to change the direction.
    • Staying Within Previous Boundary EURJPY Continues to Trade Within a Range   %2> EURJPY Price Analysis – August 23 In today’s trading session, the common European currency traded sideways against the Japanese Yen. The currency pair was trading below the moving average 5 and 13 since yesterday’s trading session. We may see bearish traders pressurize the currency pair towards the level at 117.50 before the end of today’s trading session.     Key Levels  Resistance Levels: 123.01, 119.88, 118.33  Support Levels: 117.65, 117.50, 117.00    EURJPY Long term Trend: Bearish In the daily picture, the EURJPY pair may most likely maintain the price range during the next trading session. Alternatively, a breakout may occur downwards.  While the exchange rate has been trading within the range of the level at 118.33 and 117.50 since mid-August. The trend is bearish, showing an intact downtrend in the medium and long-term.     EURJPY Short term Trend: Bearish Today’s trading range has been going negative and more, and that’s below the last trading month’s daily average range. On the flip side, we may see a change in trend with renewed upward strength.   Buying could accelerate should prices move above the close-by swing high towards the level at 118.33 where further buy stops might get activated. Although with the level at 119.88 resistance intact, near term outlook remains bearish.
