Here are few International indexes charts with interesting chart patterns...

Most of these charts are small size (time-wise) but may be suggesting

"market top" patterns. Note underlying trend is still bullish.

My knowledge of TA's chart patterns is heavily weighted towards Robert Edwards' and John Magee's interpretation, which requires volume be factored into the analysis of price movements.

 

Without turnover acting as a confirmation, it's my understanding that any "patterns" you might see are just pretty pictures.
