keeping records is an important rule to have for most traders but how and what do you record?

 

here is some food for thought!

 

 

when you start to do this exercise you will see what areas of your strategy need improvement and it will help you to think in probabilities as you strive for the ideal where you only follow your rules and begin to trade with confidence.
