Due to his sharp wit, blacklisted former actor James Woods is among the most popular countermoonbats on Twitter, with over 1,723,000 followers. That’s why Twitter has suspended him.  Woods was suspended from posting to Twitter over a two-month-old satirical meme which very clearly parodies a Democratic advertisement campaign. While the actor’s tweets are still visible, he is unable to post new content.

Have a look at the harmless tweet* , and judge for yourself how absurd it is for Twitter to suspend him for posting “text and imagery that has the potential to be misleading in a way that could impact an election”

This is the tweet @RealJamesWoods was locked for.
Wouldn’t it be ironic if the “Streisand Effect” kicked in and it was retweeted 10,000 times?

Retweet at your peril. @jack is watching…  #FREEJAMESWOODSpic.twitter.com/eIZpGkOk6A
— Sara Miller (@Millerita) September 21, 2018

Earlier this month, Woods responded to the coordinated deplatforming of Alex Jones with the remark,

“This is the beginning of real [totalitarianism] . Trust me.”

Anyone who didn’t trust him then, trusts him now.

Coming to a country near you?

China’s restive far-western Xinjiang region has revised its legislation to allow local governments to "educate and transform" people influenced by extremism at “vocational training centres” – a term used by the government to describe a network of internment facilities known as "concentration re-education camps", the SCMP reported.

China’s Xinjiang region has revised legislation to allow local governments to “educate and transform” people influenced by extremism. “Governments above the county level can set up education and transformation organizations and supervising departments such as vocational training centers, to educate and transform people who have been influenced by extremism,” the revised legal clause says, which should provoke howls of fury from liberal western democracies at Beijing's gross abuse of human rights, unless of course said crusaders for global justice are busy...

The revised law, which kicked in on Tuesday, comes amid rising international outcry on the secretive camps in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, in which up to 1 million ethnic Uygurs and other Muslims are reported to have been detained and subjected to enforced political re-education.

Can you think of a ‘softer’ version of this in the US?
I can.
Just sayin’

fake book  fake news

“Facebook is a private company and can delete any pages they want,” has been repeated ad nauseam since Alex Jones was wiped from its platform. While it is certainly true that a private company can and should be able to choose who they associate with, the idea that Facebook is private is not accurate. For this reason, the recent purge of hundreds of alternative media sites, including the Free Thought Project, was not only questionable, but unconstitutional.

October 11, 2018 marked the day the battle over information became a war.

Has not Facebook been inviting US government-funded groups to help regulate its operations, vowing on the Senate floor to do more to facilitate the interests of the US government, deleting accounts at the direction of the US and Israeli governments, and handing the guidance of its censorship behavior over to the Atlantic Council, which receives funding from the US government, the EU, NATO and Gulf states? How “private” is that? Facebook is a deeply government-entrenched corporation, and Facebook censorship is just what government censorship looks like in a corporatist system of government.

A disabled American veteran has become one of the victims of Facebook’s political purge ahead of the mid-term elections. The online social-media platform announced October 11 that it had suspended more than 800 pages and accounts for what it claimed was “coordinated inauthentic behavior” and spamming, with many of the accounts hosting politically conservative content supportive of President Trump.
One of the most high-profile of those impacted by the purge is disabled Air Force veteran Brian Kolfage, who runs a number of Facebook pages, including one for Right Wing News and another for Military Grade Coffee, which were both deleted by Facebook for supposedly including “mis-information” in their posts. At the time of its suspension, Right Wing News claimed more than three million Facebook followers.
Kolfage, who lost both legs and his right hand during deployment to Iraq in 2004, took to his website, fight4freespeech.com, to battle what he termed social-media censorship. “I’m not a ‘conservative,’ I’m not a ‘liberal,’” wrote Kolfage in explaining his battle against Facebook. “I’m an American, with deep beliefs in what our country stands for. I proved this by vowing to protect and fighting for America’s greatest tenet: free speech. Many Americans have fought for these political freedoms — freedom of speech — and every American has enjoyed those freedoms — UNTIL TODAY. On October 11, 2018, Facebook shut down thousands of Facebook accounts for their political opinions, saying in effect that they don’t have a ‘legitimate political argument.’”
Kolfage charged Facebook with lying about why his sites were shut down, saying that “they shut down my [Right Wing News] page because it was conservative, powerful, and the elections are in 2 weeks.”

As reported by Breitbart, Kolfage said that Facebook suspended his pages after he had invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in advertising on Facebook. “My income as a father and husband is threatened,” he wrote. “This isn’t the right to free speech I gave my legs and arm to defend.... Facebook took down our Facebook page, cutting off all contact we had with the millions of people who signed up to follow us, the millions of people who liked what we were sharing online.”
He added that the page “had a coveted, verified blue check mark, 3.5 million fans, and I invested over $300,000 in ads at Facebook’s own request, nearly begging us to spend, spend, spend, just to reach our fans, whom they kept making more difficult to reach with every passing year.”

Facebook’s own spam policy contradicts Facebook’s latest excuses for purging independent thought
So politically correct, isn’t it? But there’s just one problem: Facebook’s own spam policy doesn’t say any of this. In fact, there’s nothing in it to suggest that any of the independent news sites that Facebook purged from its platform ever did anything wrong, other than to contradict the leftist narrative embraced and perpetuated by Zuckerberg et al.

Facebook’s spam policy claims that the company only targets pages that spread “commercial spam” or that engage in “false advertising, fraud, and security breaches.” Again, none of the pages that were pulled over the weekend engaged in any such behavior.

Even The Washington Post agreed, at least at first. An article published by the fake new rag claimed that Facebook was compelled to remove the pages in question for “pushing political messages for profit” – which is completely ironic coming from the likes of The Washington Post.

After realizing that this excuse indicted themselves, the leftist lemmings over at The Washington Post quickly changed the headline to read “political spam” – whatever that means – instead of “political messages for profit.”
Like with InfoWars, Twitter purges exact same pages just minutes after Facebook completed its purge
Not long after Facebook completed its online book burning, Twitter reportedly did the exact same thing. As you may recall, it’s exactly what happened to Alex Jones and InfoWars a few weeks back, as the tech cabal simultaneously removed all of his content at pretty much the exact same time, using the exact same pathetic excuses.

At the same time, the search algorithms of Google, YouTube, Facebook and its cohorts are making it harder for individuals to access critical open source data and analyses.  The convenient pretext here is “fake news” and the need to protect society from misleading information.

the Hypocrisy is a tell

Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of radical authoritarian dictatorial power with forcible suppression of opposition and strong centralized regimentation of society and of the economy.  The only factor that  differentiates fascism  from the inevitable outcomes of centralized socialistic forms of government is that individuals and corporations can still hold title to property and enterprises ...

Ie it’s less hypocritical than socialism... the elite don’t have to hide their exploitation s from the public as much as they do in socialistic/communistic states...

Hours after it was revealed that Saturday's Tree of Life Synagogue shooting suspect was a user of social media network Gab.ai, PayPal severed all ties with the platform with no explanation.

BREAKING: https://t.co/J3Rfto6fi3 is now banned from Paypal "just because." pic.twitter.com/VA1NhY5zhr

— Gab.com🍂 (@getongab) October 27, 2018

Perhaps Torba was banned after he spoke ill of Big Tech:

If you are a terrorist the absolute worst place for you to be online is https://t.co/J3Rfto6fi3.

We will work directly with law enforcement without hesitation, as was displayed today.

Can the same be said about Big Tech?

— Gab.com🍂 (@getongab) October 27, 2018

Gab's blacklisting has not gone unnoticed:

Update: PayPal has cancelled its relationship with social media company @getongab in wake of the Pittsburgh #SynogogueShooting .. but not Facebook, where he reportedly also had an account.

— scott budman (@scottbudman) October 27, 2018

Hey @getongab: I haven't heard anyone complaining that @facebook and @twitterallowed the Mad Pipe Bomber to have multiple accounts with them.

— Jared Beck (@JaredBeck) October 27, 2018

Gab is not a white supremacist site. It’s a free speech platform.

“If you’re really in favor of free speech, then you’re in favor of freedom of speech for precisely the views you despise. Otherwise, you’re not in favor of free speech.” — Noam Chomsky https://t.co/FfAeOipdy3

— Cassandra 🦇 Fairbanks (@CassandraRules) October 27, 2018

I cannot believe this. CNN and @BrianStelter, who I like, are blaming GAB @GetOnGab for the Tree of Life Synagogue shooting.

— Carmine Sabia (@CarmineSabia) October 27, 2018

The Pittsburgh terrorist has a Gab and facebook account.

- Gab immedietly deleted his account and issued a statement CONDEMNING it.
- Facebook has yet to issue a statement.

Yet @paypal has BANNED Gab "just because", but hasn't banned facebook.

What's up? https://t.co/1aPY5vvleE

— PeterSweden (@PeterSweden7) October 27, 2018

Others were happy to see Gab get the "Alex Jones" treatment, including "The world's youngest hedge fund manager" Jacob Wohl, who called for a police state with the suggestion that "Law enforcement agencies should embed thousands of undercover accounts on the site and establish watchlists."

@getongab I'm looking forward to you receiving the Alex Jones treatment and being permanently banned from the internet, even if it does bend the law.

— Robert Caruso (@robertcaruso) October 27, 2018

The concept Gab pursued, of being a “Free Speech Platform”, is noble.

But let’s also be realistic. The site is a one giant cesspool of Jew-hating lunatics.

Law enforcement agencies should embed thousands of undercover accounts on the site and establish watchlists.

— Jacob Wohl (@JacobAWohl) October 27, 2018

Twitter is one giant cesspool of Jew-hating lunatics.

We have nearly 800,000 users and you are going to generalize them all as one thing?

Let's be realistic: you are no better than the left, which you rally against, for generalizing millions of people as "racists." https://t.co/HdXvqJ13zU

— Gab.com🍂 (@getongab) October 27, 2018

Alternatively, Gab has a "mute" feature.

Nonsense. I muted maybe 20-30 accounts on @getongab and that got rid of all the anti-semitic garbage I used to come across. THAT is the concept. They get to spew crap, I decide whether I want to see it.

"Giant cesspool". Get real.

Tom says it 'more better'

"Why is Gab targeted?

Because Gab is a true alternative to Twitter which exists outside of the control of the financial and political oligarchy.

With the recent passing of the EU’s “Link Law” which is designed to shut down opposition voices, the merged corporate/political oligarchy are moving to ensure that all speech is criminalized.

But to do that they first have to square the circle around that pesky First Amendment in the U.S.

And that means outsourcing the censorship to the companies who own the internet access points – the app platforms, the social media giants, the hosting firms and payment processors.

If you can’t build and maintain a business then you can’t oppose their rule. ... "

Gab is still down ... https://gab.ai/

Money is the barometer of a society’s virtue. When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion – when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing – when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you – when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice – you may know that your society is doomed. Money is so noble a medium that it does not compete with guns and it does not make terms with brutality. It will not permit your country to survive as half-property, half-loot.
Money will always remain an effect and refuse to replace you as the cause. Money is the product of virtue, but it will not give you virtue and it will not redeem your vices. Money will not give you the unearned, neither in matter nor in spirit...

wtf does that have to do with the price of beans in china?

    • This should really be very easy, but I can't find an article or video to walk me through it. I picked 20 ticker symbols where the stocks are in a tight trading range. I got them all into one list I call "Channel". I'd like to add several indicators that apply to all, such as MACD, volume, 3 moving averages. Then I'd like to scroll through the list, adding trendlines, or horizontal lines to mark the top & bottom of the price channel for each. Then set an alarm for a breakout in each direction that indicates a breakout. Could you point me to an article or video that walks me through how to do this? ...or give me the steps? Thank you, RichardV2, Experienced stock trader back before the Internet was invented.😁
    • The Economic Proscription of U.S. Farmers by China Maybe Forever   Similar to a black eye on the face, it’s placing an indelible imprint. The retaliatory levies by China over U.S. commodity producers, such as soybeans, which seem to be forever. The moment such happens for the market it becomes irreversible.   It’s a dread numerous farmers from North Dakota to Mississippi have recognized for as far back as last year. They worry that they’ve put millions in soybean development on account of China. Since Chinese focus is now transferred towards Brazil rather, that market might be gone forever.   Once the confidence merchants have in the U.S. declines as a steady provider because of the trade dispute, the more vital its important for them to support and further broaden other avenues.   The developing danger for American agribusiness presently is that a great part of the piece of the overall industry lost throughout the year will be hard or difficult to win back at any point shortly, the Boston Consulting Group said in a detailed analysis discharged on Wednesday.   This is for the most part because of long term contracts that are regularly recorded among purchasers and sellers, contingent upon the item. The lesson from the analysis shows that U.S. farmers need to turn out to be less reliant on China, and simply trust in the best concerning those customers organizing a rebound sooner or later.   For the time being, China is going to Australia, Brazil, New Zealand, Russia, and also for its domestic producers as an option in contrast to American developed crops and animal proteins.   From the detailed analysis: “The risk that U.S. agribusinesses may for all time lose foreign market share of the overall industry isn’t only hypothetical. In past trade disputes, for example, one with China including beef, the US has not recaptured its lost share. As a result of the increase of U.S. crops and food materials more costly than other choices, high duties bring down the price to merchants who plan to expand. Also, the fewer confidence merchants have in the US as a steady provider, in perspective on the potential for future trade disputes, the more important it progresses toward becoming for them to support and further expand. After some time, merchants could loosen up complex associations with suppliers from the U.S.”   China Receives Blames for the Pressure And this is so because China is important to American farmers. China purchased $19.5 billion in U.S. agricultural items as of 2017, representing 14% of exports of farm produce, in light of BCS analysis. In July 2018, China slammed a 25% levy on U.S. agricultural items.   Exports at that point declined by an incredible 53% for the year. While exports to China have declined also for this year, over past years free fall.   There is another motivation behind why some China customers may not come back to the U.S. China is extending its very own crop acreage, particularly for soybeans. After some time, China will turn out to be progressively independent. Except if request increases generously, China will purchase its very own soybeans, regulating export development and under control in any case.   “Individuals in the business were in a condition of cheerfulness, believing that a bargain would soon be reached,” says Michael McAdoo, associate, and related executive for BCS in Montreal. “Our analysis demonstrates that regardless of whether there is a bargain, there is worry that a similar volume won’t return. They need to try different markets,” he declared.   Source: https://learn2.trade
    • Trade Dispute Responsible for China’s Overwhelming Gold Purchase Rate   China has included more than 100 tons of gold to its stores since it continued purchasing in December, fortifying its position as one of the significant authority collectors as national banks load up on the valuable metal.   The People’s Bank of China grabbed progressively gold a month ago, raising reserves to 62.64 million ounces in September from 62.45 million in August, as per information on its site. In tonnage terms, the most recent inflow sums 5.9 tons and comes in as an expansion of about 99.8 tons over the earlier nine months.   Bullion hit the most noteworthy in over six years in September as more slow development, the trade dispute and rate reductions prodded financial specialist request. National banks have been significant purchasers as well, particularly in developing markets. Administrative demands will probably proceed as protectionist strategies and geopolitical concerns add to the request, as forecasted by Suki Cooper, the valuable metals investigator at Standard Chartered Bank.   “With the stressed partnerships with the U.S., China requires support against its enormous possessions of the dollar, and gold serves that capacity,” said Howie Lee, a financial specialist at Singapore-based Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. “As China turns into a superpower in its very own right, I anticipate progressively gold-purchases.”   China’s High Gold Appetite The PBOC’s continuos running of bullion-purchasing has come against the difficult setting of the trade dispute with the U.S. furthermore, a stamped lull in development at home. While high-level discussions are set to continue in Washington this week, Chinese authorities are flagging they’re progressively hesitant to consent to an expansive bargain.   Spot gold spiked to as much as 0.4% to $1,511.31 an ounce on Monday and exchanged at $1,505.84 in early London exchange. While the value declined 3.2% in September, they remain high at 17% this year. The PBOC information was discharged at the end of the week. Alongside China, Russia has additionally been including generous amounts of bullion. In the initial half-year, national banks overall got 374.1 tons, supporting the overall gold request to a three-year high, the World Gold Council declared.   While a tenth straight month of amassing, shows an unfaltering purchasing trend for the PBOC, China has in the past gone for significant stretches without uncovering moves for its gold possessions. At the point the national bank declared a 57% bounce in savings to 53.3 million ounces in mid-2015, that was the first update in quite a while.   Source: https://learn2.trade
    • GBPJPY Reverses Its Sell-Off Around the Level at 130.75  OCTOBER 9, 2019  Azeez Mustapha  No Comments   GBPJPY Price Analysis – October 9 In the prior session, the pair closed lower for the second day in a row, but currently, the GBPJPY displays a weakness further downside of the pair while retaining its wider medium-term outlook by temporal reversal on the level at 130.75.   Key Levels Resistance Levels: 148.66, 137.80, 135.774 Support Levels: 130.75, 128.68, 126.54   GBPJPY Long term Trend: Bearish In the bigger picture, the GBPJPY consolidation structure is still forming from the technical support zone on the level at 126.54 low.   A further upward move may be recorded towards the level at 146.57 and 148.66 in an extension where its resistance is glaring before completing the structure. However, the overall trend remains bearish while displaying an intact downtrend in the medium and long-term.   GBPJPY Short term Trend: Bearish On the 4-hour time frame, its price is trading narrowly between the moving average 5 and 13 close to the key technical support level at 130.44.   As it is presently, the intraday bias in GBPJPY remains on the downside at this point where a corrective rebound from the level at 126.54 low should have completed. Meanwhile, its 4-hour RSI is bearish and pointing lower suggesting further weakness.   Source: https://learn2.trade
