  1. Has anyone heard an update on the traders transaction tax? FWIW, I keep checking updates on http://www.VoteNo1068.com/
  2. I just got an email an about this new traders tax bill in Congress now. From what I understand this could ruin day trading for everyone. The email had a link to go to and sign a petition to send to U.S. Congress. I TOOK ACTION just signed the petition and figured all the traders in here would want to as well as it is very important they don't pass this bill. http://www.VoteNo1068.com/

  4. I have been using Infinity for quite some time now and their execution and service at top notch. They always seem to be improving things and their latest DOM is so fast it is unreal. Some people have said that it takes sometime to get used to as they have not see a DOM move that fast. I use Sierracharts and it seems to work fine with Transact/Infinity feed with little to no down time. Sierracharts offers TPO / Market Profile that does everything that I need it to. That's just my 2 cents and I wouldn't think of going else where for a futures broker.
  5. I think that Ben is great to listen as far as price action in the pits if you are trying to learn how to correlate what is going on in the pits with what you are seeing on your charts. Being able to read price action is very important as a day trader and I prefer to watch it on my charts rather than listen to it in the pits. I feel a good exercise to during the lunch time trade move is to listen to Ben and try to understand how what he is saying shows up on your charts. Always being in tune with the day traders in the pit will put you in the correct mindset to correctly read the price action momentum in the market.
  6. I am still stuck trying to get into the room at "Initializing" and one else still having issues?
