I've created a little service called InsiderTradeAlerts.com. site is not quite up yet. I'm actually looking for about ten other traders to try the service out free of course. Basically you sign up on the site and then you will get near real-time email (or txt msg if you like) alerts on insider trades as they are being reported to the SEC. They will even include real time quote details so you can quickly gauge the buy/sell and the price the insider paid along with current pricing. Another option would be to have recent news articles included in the email. The idea is to be able to make quick analysis to determine if a trade should be made or not, without having to jump around to different tools.

 

I've seen several sites that list these filings, but I honestly wanted to get notified immediately to see if a trading opportunity exists.

 

If you'd like to try it out, let me know and ill add you to my list. You'll be able to sign up sometimes friday or over the weekend.

 

Again, I should remind everyone, the is a free service, so I'm not selling anything here, just looking for some honest feedback.
