  1. Hi Reaver, Infinity AT can handle that job. Set a stop at breakout point. If executed, bracket, or trailing stop automatically sent to the exchange with OCO functionality active. One thing though, globex cancels all working orders at close 3:15 central for ES / YM. Order would have to be entered after 3:30 to work overnight. AT will accept GTC orders for accounts in excess of 25K, or for lesser accounts I can enter order for you, simply IM me with instructions and I will manually place order. Best regards, Tom

  8. Boone Pickens picks apart the energy issue. http://www.cnbc.com/id/15840232?video=747990771 Maybe someone should make Boone Secretary of Energy! Best regards, Tom
  9. Travis, AT has a trailing stop function. For example: You can originally enter the market with a 10 tick stop loss. Once market moves 8 ticks in your favor stop will move to 3 tics below the market and trail the market tick for tick. AT has a stop loss to break even function For example: You can originally enter the market with a 10 tick stop loss. Once market moves 8 ticks in your favor stop can move to break even plus 1 tick which should ensure you at least break even and cover costs. AT has a multiple bracket & trailing stop function For example: You can set the original stop loss to 10 ticks Profit objective of 5,10,15 ticks. Trailing stop can trail market by 5 ticks, once market moves 11 tics in your favor. In this scenario stop is entered normally with 10 tick stop loss. market moves in favor of trader 11 tics - meaning first two profit objectives filled. Last profit objective can be left were it is or it can be manually canceled leaving unlimited upside profit potential with trailing stop automatically moving 5 ticks below market all the way up. Hope this helps. Best regards, Tom
  10. Hello smwink, I have nothing but the utmost respect for CQG & TT as both are great platforms albeit somewhat pricey. Just to set the record straight the problem experienced by some on 3/7/08 was a GLOBEX problem having to do with system gateways and had nothing to do with TransAct or AT. I think it's slightly unfair to place AT in the "cheap / unstable" group as most industry insiders would consider AT to be one of the top platforms in regards to speed and stability. I do agree with the main point of your post: Cheaper is not always better. Quality of product and service is important. Best regards, Tom The exact email sent sent by CME GLOBEX to their FCM network and forwarded by TransAct to their customers is quoted below. -------------------------------------- "-----Original Message----- From: CME Globex Control Center [mailto:swnalert@sendwordnow.com] Sent: Friday, March 07, 2008 1:45 PM To: TransAct Futures Support Subject: Market Data Issue Importance: High Some customers are reporting the inability to receive market data in some markets. 11. FS, Nothing with ICE right now. We will write to the ICE exchange for the Russell 2000. I'm curious, do you currently trade any products on ICE? If so, have you ever had any issues with the way ICE handles stop orders? It is possible for stops to be traded thru on ICE and be unable. I know they are working on this but currently it is not a very comforting scenario. Best regards, Tom
  12. I agree the MidCap 400 is thin now, but I suspect that to change when the Russell moves to ICE. If you are interested in MidCap 400 you can demo trade it by clicking here http://www.infinityfutures.com/demoforms/IATdemo.aspx?ref=jlee Trade it live for $0.75 per contract all in. Best regards, Tom
  13. FS, We are passing the savings on to the trader. The Infinity rate for the MidCap 400 is $1.50 / Round turn all in. This rate is affective until 12/31/08 Any questions email me at t.duffy@infinitybrokerage.com Regards, Tom
  14. Infinity will be offering significant savings to trade the MidCap. I will be able to provide additional details very soon. Best regards, Tom

  16. Hi FS, We have tried to record several webinars. Unfortunetly the software has not cooperated and they did not turn out very well. I will try to get one up as soon as possible. Best regards, Tom
  17. Hi FS, Thank you for your interest. GTC orders are enabled for accounts in excess of $25,000 of equity. Best regards, Tom
  18. Hi Bert, Thanks for your question. Trading from charts is being beta tested. We have found that trading from charts negatively impacts speed of execution. For this reason this feature has not been implemented on AT. You are able to set the trading ladder to always be displayed in foreground so that you can put the ladder in front of your charts. This way you can have both charts and the trading ladder on the same screen. Best regards, Tom
  19. Hi Bert, Yes, we did record the webinar. I will post a link and upload the video as soon as it's available. Best regards, Tom

  21. Hi Z, Thanks for your interest. All orders are immediately sent to the exchange. The OCO functionality of "intelligent" orders such as brackets, trailing stops, stops to breakeven is handled differently. The intelligence is held on your computer, so even though a bracket is sitting on the exchange if you close down your platform or a communication stoppage occurs between your PC and our servers, both orders will be at risk of getting filled. The Simulator has no memory so PNL, and some other functions are not held over if you close down the platform. At certain times our systems engineers perform testing on the simulator this may impact data feed speed at times, but overall you should be experiencing a fast data feed with AT. If you aren't after several trials let me know. There might be a connection issue between you and us and we will take a look at that. It is possible to customize the platform to place stop limits. This can be achieved by adjusting default button actions under the main properties dialog. It is a little involved so I won't take up anymore space with instructions here. PM me and I will contact you and help you set up this custom order set. Best regards, Tom
