It was a surprise. :crap:Chinese central bank released DEC. trade data early, which steadied the yuan and the stock market
This trade data was positive with exports far exceeding imports.
Expect Gold to go back up if this data reverses end Jan
So we have a month of bearish Gold. No wars expected this month

Easy to spout (lazier) than to look into reasons why.
