  1. Here is what you ALL missed by Over-analysing : " Frankly, there isn't anything new or revolutionary when it comes to technical analysis. However, there are different ways of interpreting the same raw data that we all use." The pristine guy gave you a simple uncomplicated straight forward way of looking for a trend change in a daily chart. So what do you all do? You all got off the subject bickering with each other like little children posting several subjective and unproven statements. This is why I don't come back to this forums too often. Most subjects and topics turn into arguments and useless analysis paralysis !
  2. Right, whatever. When you learn to make precision entries then you can start to have more tight stop loss. But if you keep critizising others and don't learn from them then you will never achive that level of efficiency. Don't over analyse the trade, keep it simple and seek presicion for less risk. Hope you learned something today.See you at the Bank, lol
  3. I think you are looking for confirmation of a trade and you are looking at too many indicators at the same time that is why you odviously missed this reversal and will missed many more in the future. I keep it simple and only risk ONE POINT per each trade.
  4. Understood , the levels were posted and the description was also posted and the reason for the trade was a reversal, simple. You are trying to get more reasons for the trade when there is none, other than already explained , so what is your problem? Have you ever seen a reversal before? If this is only a swing trades thread , then I apologize, but I have seen others post scalp trades, so why the scrutiny ?
  5. There you go , the levels posted worked and the trend reversed, Did you learned anything ?
  6. It does in my method of trading , works for me so don't judge it if you don't have a clue what your talking about. It worked like a champ so your argument doest hold.
  7. 1367.25 is both the Globex Open and the Prev Day Close : Long 1366.25 and 1367.25 target is 1368.75
  8. Both trades worked as expected, sometimes price action is very predictable.Took only one tick of heat on that last one. Pat myself for precision entry...
  9. Well , looks like I got my money back so far , trying to exit at I B Low
  10. Long pullback to 1344.50 , Looking to sell 1346 , 1346.25 was the Prev Day Last Hour Low
  11. My mistake was to trade in front of FED Speak but my risk was only one point, so life goes on..trading life
  12. My data feed frozed, but the other one Zenfire is OK, and NO FILL - CQG not reliable this morning.
  13. 1350 is a low risk buy - stop out , loss , trying to sell 1350
  14. 10:05am est - 1 min TF - Volume : 12,116 - High : 1344.75 Low 1343 ( I B Low ) By the way 1042.75 was Floor Pivot S 1
  15. So , as soon as it opens at 1348.25 , it reverses to the down side , going against the GAP fill traders, hitting their stop loss orders and penetrating the Floor Pivot at 1345.75 , odviously looking for the Value Area Low at 1344.25. But below this level there was 1343.00 single print ( look at the market profile ) and LVN from Friday . So it was very logical that it would stop falling at that level. That was a no brainer trade to go long at 1344.It was actually a Fourth but brief consolidation Zone that was missed by the previous illustration from another contributor to this forum. From that level at 1343, by the way the volume gave a clue to the reversal, if you were keen enough to see it. Then it trended up to the I B High at 1349.50 and also a key level at 1349.75 and that is when I decided that there was a Low Risk Entry Long at the I B Close 1347.25. I knew that it was going to try to close the GAP all the way UP to the Prev Day Close at 1352. My risk was only 1 Pt . Also this level was very close to the 38.20 % Fib Retracement from I B High - 1347
  16. Well, here is my observation today : The ES Opened 1348.25 within the Previous Day Value Area :1353.25 - 1343.50 , therefore we would expect from experience that a Neutral Start Scenario would transpire. I am following my own trade here as I write this, so bear with me. To be continued...
  17. Low risk entry worked as expected, good for 5 points, done for the day.
  18. There was four opportunities to enter the buy : 1 ) At the break of the Globex High 1336.75 , 2) at the Triangle breakout 1334 , 3) at the first high probability pullback with the trend at 1338 and 4) at 1340 Key Level. ALL these entries had potential up to the 1347.75 High Volume Spike were the price then retraced back down to the 1344 key level. The vertical up move was predictable after the Jun28 - Jun29 GAP was filled and also the action of the Dollar Index.
  19. Agree, I asked the same question to one of the Larry Levine's reps and he never answer it. What is amazing is the CNBC brief appearances were Larry Levine never made a significant valuable comment about the markets ! only some vague useless bullshit. I was interested in taking his training last year to improve upon my method from 75% win ratio scalping the ES using one point stop loss and 2 points target, but decided not to.
