OEC: If You Trade a Contract That is Not Denote in Your Base Currency, Check Ur 1099

I have received my 1099 from OEC and it looks like they forgot to included my FESX trades. My 1099 shows a loss ~500 but on statement, my loss is almost $1700. What happened to the missing grand?

I have tried to contact them to fix it and the reply I received from them was their 1099 is correct and tell me to seek a tax pro. But they cannot explain where is the missing ~$1200.

For those of you who trade a contract beside that is not denote in your base currency through OEC, please check your 1099.
