  1. scaled out at 932 - rest at b/e - expecting reaction.
  2. Nasty day for me today on cable after a good start, gave away all profits and more. Really gutted after missing the short signals and too stubborn to switch. At least I stuck to my stops. Feeling very low, hope I do not take out my vengence on the eminis this afternoon. Net - 30 pips.
  3. yes 980 is my zone too but we are running out of time. Maybe she will do it tomorrow (premarket)....
  4. psyche and perception, these govern all our trading decisions. You will not take a grail signal if your bias is the opposite. This is currently my biggest dilemma.
  5. i should say waiting for 950 for a reaction. But this just does not look like it wants to go down, I am not going to force this.
  6. well guys, this is just my opinion so please ignore this, I feel a mammoth fall is coming, my gut is saying. This bullsh*t up move has screwed me right up. You see there are no stops as you can see from the left side of you chart on the hourly so price can move up quite freely without much combat. However I feel the shorts are in place even though we are stlll rising. I am hoping the move down will make up for today ( +25 and -9). Now if she does not tank then believe you me I want to be on it from 980. Damn this looks like it wants to go now... Patience and waiting for a signal.......
  7. yes biases get in the way of good signals. I had a short signal 952 but ignored it as we are moving up and I really do not want to be heroic in calling the top here. Would prefer reversal at 980-990.
  8. Yes i have noticed that, the index seems to be much stronger than the ES or Dow. I usually keep an eye on FX and Commodities. Fall in oil, gold and euro = markets up = $ up I even had a long signal just under 900 but chose to ignore it as my bias was so set in markets going down.
  9. I am but have no idea how to interpret the lack of correlation. Any ideas? One leads and the other either follows or not?
  10. The move down from 928 to 885 was the left shoulder imo and now we are forming the head. Will look for weakness around 950-960 (fib target)
  11. Manual exit at 929 -9. Just noticed higher low and breakout with switch at previous high.
  12. looks like a move up to take out stops is imminent - I have taken everything off at 895. Will wait for a better setup. Would have preferred 870 ish for a long.
  13. Yes primarily cable, I can gauge the pair better than most. However lately its been subjected to some battering thanks to eur/gbp, so the noise has increased. Saying that it's still a great mover and ticks all hte boxes in terms of technicals. How about yourself? You still playing the exotics or just jpy crosses?
  14. Now we have a range 930 - 860. I am expecting a breakout, either way, though the lower low 60 min 14.00 bar suggests a breakdown. Plenty more left in this, a day of great patience is required.
  15. Moved stop to b/e, if she takes me out then it's either noise or the wrong trade, 2 things I can do nothing about. ps- scaled out at 895 for 25, rest at 911. Next target LOD
  16. The move up has been very weak, timing this short is going to be tricky, I am in 920 stop 940
  17. nasty range and nasty overlapping bars. only entry so far would have been 900 short but she went too quick.
  18. Hi FW, Did you have 920-930 highlighted as Resistance premarket or did you gauge it intramarket after price stalled there momentarily?
  19. Yesterday's play. My exit was somewhat premature one can say, but this is a known issue. Also outlines some levels I will be level looking at today.
  20. Hi Fw & co Great to see you guys are up and running. Hopefully will starting posting this afternoon.
