Tradestations auto trendline feauture is not worth using for daytrading. It's better in most instances to manually draw trendlines - you'll be much more precise with entries and the practice of manually drawing will keep you in tune with the markets movements/waves.

agree, trading is easier than many make it out to be: key 1: develop an edge, money management means nothing with a losing strategy. key 2: fearlessly pull the trigger with stop loss in place and a good idea on where to exit with profits that transpire. key 3: see key 2.
