  1. Do you have a collection of Pesavento Pattern?

Is it possible to draw the proiectin of the pattern into right side of the charts?

Yes I have a collection of patterns.

    Some are very consistent performers.

    Some are inconsistent.

Sorry. They are not for sale.

  2. Nice indicator Tams!,I added an alert! I'm using it as an analysis technique below my chart. It's just another way until Tradestation comes up with better gradient backrounds.Thank you Tams!

You have an amazing perception of the market.

    Thanks for sharing !

  3. Nice Indicator Tams! Been using this for awhile.

Thanks johnnydaymon for your feedback, especially the screenshots. A single picture tells a thousand words. I am always curious to see other traders screens, yours are beautiful.

I know a lot of people are using this indicator, and have made many enhancement to it. But most are too shy (or too secretive) to post. Your screenshots are much appreciated.

This is a very versatile code, the concept is simple, but one can add a lot of different analysis to it and make trading a much more informed decision.

    Good trading to you!

  4. Nice indicator Tams! I added an alert for up color and down color.

Thanks for sharing your enhancement. Much appreciated. I hope people give you lots of upvotes as well as feedbacks, both on their usage method, and on the code itself. Again, thanks for sharing. You are a good man.

  5. Gekko - there is one thing far more powerful than all the computer power in the world ...

more irresistible than 100 speeding locomotives ... more deadly than the most-skilled of 1,000 snipers ...

and more authoritative than all the presidents in the world.

    It is ...

    .

    .

    ... a wife!

With three terse, curt words, she could have saved LTCM and Knight Capital ...

    Stop.

    Trading.

    NOW!

    Worked for me.

    Crikey !

  6. Nah that would be a nightmare.Let's substitute trading system for building a new car.

Naturally,i would only be interested in a sports car. But:

Ingot would object based on the fact that the exhaust is too loud and the damage to the ozone layer would "do my head in"

DBphoenix would prefer to use traditional materials and no gimmicks and would want to rip out the carbon fibre dash and voice activated ashtray.

Zdo would want to question the assumption that a car must have 4 wheels and every component on it would go through the same process until we ran out of time and budget.

SIUYA would see the pro's and cons of every single argument we ever had and so would be forever changing whatever it was we did the day before to try and find a compromise before telling us to go screw ourselves.

Tams would want bullet proof windows and MightMouse would insist that in a civil society we shouldn't need 'em

MMS would keep cutting the budget after every argument.

Patuca only likes bikes so he wouldn't even be on the team...

    Can't see it working somehow.

and mitsubishi would like a free car every 3 years with free petro and free oil change for the rest of his life.

  7. Has anyone mentioned the printers yet? I was just wondering because I am not going to go through 900 some posts of bickering.

But yea what about the printers. What do you guys think about that? I can get the codes if you want. I really think because of this, the debate is over. There is no way to control it now no matter how hard you try. My opinion is that the Dems get shellacked in the next election. Now with the printers it could be a big deal even in Europe. There is no chance or hope for gun control at this point.

the printer will be another social change in the scale of the industrial revolution. Not so much the guns, of course the guns will be indiscriminately reproduced, but the impact is in the manufacturing and retail, where many product that are produced in China will no longer be so. They will be manufactured right in the users' home. and you think the retail scene is bad in usa? the vacant mall will be vacant land soon.

  8. There is a fish born every day, every minute, every second. The vendors might be scammers, but there are lots of desperate fish looking for quick profit, and the skammer's fast talk of fast profit is exactly what they want to hear. Such is life.

  9. John,

There was a thread that dealt with the issue of vendors and the outcome was the "C" on their chest unlike the Nuremberg laws in NAZI Germany, but the rule at least helps a member identify the vendor and it is up to you to decide the good or bad intent of the vendor. Most on here get grilled pretty well and you can find plenty info if you choose.

    MM

you can't grill them anymore, your "skeptical" posts will get deleted.

  10. That part that bothers me most is that now here at TL you can be a vendor and have threads dedicated to promoting your software etc but you don't need to be held accountable for the quality or effectiveness of the product. It makes it seem that TL endorses the products.

Years ago I don't remember TL being like this. So there is a bigger issue as to WHY TL is letting vendors promote so easily.

Lets bring back the old days and standards. Is it any wonder that the threads have no participation ? The moderators need to get it together. Just some advice. Take or leave it .

    John

    Not just reckless promotion,

if you ask any "difficult" questions that may embarrass the vendor, your post gets deleted.

  11. Tams, ... we can't read your posts ... you only post pictures ;)

    Let's associate some more ;)

you get associated with MM because you lik all his posts.

    this is where you failed.

I "Like" his post, does not necessarily mean I am in his camp, or I "agree" with him, it merely means I like his argument, I appreciate the thoughts he put into his post, and the points he put forth. The title of this thread is "To Arm or to Disarm", not my camp against your camp.

"Like" a post does not put me in one camp or the other; most of the children cannot comprehend that. As a matter of fact I have confused a few immature people on annonymous internet forums -- they think that I belong to their camp just because I "like" their posts.

no no no I do not belong to your "camp", or his "camp", or their "camp".

Currently the gun people like to divide people into camps -- either you are pro guns, or you are against the 2nd amendment.

    LOL

I am not saying your are naive, nobody can call you out to say that you are naive. Only you can prove whether you are or you are not. Either way it does not matter to me, because i have no opinion of you. i don't need to. It doesn't mean that you are not worthy of an opinion, i am merely saying that i don't have an opinion of you. I am repeating this just so that you know what i am talking about, you do not need to make unnecessary assumptions, like you did in previous posts.
