  1. Autodesk (ADSK) reported a loss for its second quarter that was in line, but its revenues missed estimates. The company's second quarter guidance also trailed expectations.
  2. Gap (GPS) reported in line first quarter earnings per share, but its net sales fell year-over-year amid a drop in comparable store sales. The company also expressed apprehension concerning achieving the consensus earnings estimate for the full year, citing soft trends in the apparel retail environment.

  5. Wal-Mart (WMT) reported better than expected first quarter results and issued an inline guidance for the second quarter.
  6. Cisco Systems (CSCO) reported better than expected third adjusted earnings per share and revenues and its guidance for the fourth quarter was positive.
  7. Acxion (ACXM -1.93%) dropped over 6% in after-hours trading after it lowered guidance on fiscal 2017 adjusted EPS to 55 cents to slightly higher, below consensus of 65 cents.
  8. Valeant Pharmaceuticals (VRX +7.50%) said it is exploring the sale of some of its cosmetic and pharmaceutical assets to reduce some of its debt.
  9. Home Depot (HD +1.66%) climbed over 1% in pre-market trading after it reported Q1 EPS of $1.44, higher than consensu sof $1.35, and then raised guidance on full-year EPS to $6.27 from a previous view of $6.12-$6.18.
  10. Hartford Financial Services Group (HIG -0.32%) was downgraded to 'Market Perform' from 'Outperform' at Wells Fargo Securities.
  11. Globalstar (GSAT +35.36%) jumped 16% in pre-market trading after the chairman of the FCC late Friday asked the agency to vote on Globalstar's proposal to offer mobile service on airwaves now reserved for satellite use.
  12. Yahoo! (YHOO -1.49%) climbed nearly 2% in pre-market trading after people familiar with the matter said that Warren Buffett is backing a group bidding for the company's internet assets.
  13. % $SPX stocks above 50-dMA fell last week to 51.80% from 63.00%; remains intermediate overbought and trending down.

  15. Kohl's (KSS -6.02%) slid over 4% in pre-market trading after it reported Q1 EPS of 31 cents, below consensus of 37 cents. Owens-Illinois (OI +0.57%) was rated a new 'Sell' by Goldman Sachs.
  16. CA Inc. (CA -0.63%) gained 3% in after-hours trading after it reported Q4 adjusted continuing operations EPS of 60 cents, higher than consensus of 57 cents, and said it sees fiscal 2017 adjusted EPS continuing operation of $2.51-$2.56, above consensus of $2.49.
  17. Staples (SPLS) and Office Depot (ODP) announced plans to terminate their merger agreement due to regulatory hurdles. The FTC had sought an injunction in a district court to block the deal. Staples, which must pay Office Depot a break-up fee of $250 million, also terminated an agreement to sell more than $550 million in large contract business and related assets to Essendant.
  18. Disney (DIS) reporting disappointing results for its second quarter. The entertainment giant also announced $147 million charge in connection with the cancelation of its Infinity video game line.
  19. $DIS key level to retain this week would be $103.86. Bears will try to bring this down & will succeed to an extent but it will bounce back

  21. China 3x Bull ETF (YINN) is now back down trading below $12. YINN will rebound this fall.
  22. Small Cap Bull 3x (TNA) is seeing a nice correction after a rally from $35.50-$64.50. Continue to expect big moves in 2016 and beyond. TNA remains the best trading stock in the market right now.
  23. InterActiveCorp (IAC) reported better than expected first quarter adjusted earnings per share, and its revenues also exceeded estimates. Discovery Communications (DISCA) reported above-consensus adjusted earnings per share for its first quarter and in line revenues. The company sees growth in full year adjusted earnings per share and cash flow.
  24. Fitbit (FIT) reported a steep drop in first quarter profits but the decline was not as bad as feared. Revenues also exceeded estimates. The company raised its full year guidance but its second quarter earnings per share guidance was weak.
  25. $DDD it has now made room for it to go up after it reports- as in: no longer overbought, close to oversold, sold off going into ER: so up it will go
