Can anyone direct me to a good website, or book that gives a good overall tutorial for online trading? I've about Googled myself to death to no avail.
I previously had an accouunt with TD Waterhouse, but all my trades were over the phone and most were "at the market".

I would like to learn more about online trading, before I open a new account.
Mainly the simple ordering terminology etc.
Mostly planning on swing trading equities for the present.
