    Formal education in electrical engineering; then branched off into finance on the equities side. Managed stock and options portfolios for several year until discovery of forex by accident 6 years ago. Started on the retail side of forex, but are currently focused on the screening and hiring of traders of different styles for an institution who allocates capital to money managers. There's an initial process that both discretionary and algorithmic traders must go through to get accepted.
