hello OT, I started reading your strategy thread using 21 day EMA and 65 day EMA w 7 period stochastic RSI. I am new to trading, learning for about 3 years now, just got into day trading a sim acct w ninja trader 7. currently studying 3 minute, and 15 minute mini euro and YM charts (entry on 3 min). I use bollinger bands 20 period/ 2 SD... I know BB uses a SMA, but I would like to add EMAs..the core of my strategy is to find intraday trends..and Ive been doing pretty good so far, but just need to put it all together..

questions>>

what period EMAs for a 3 minute entry chart along w 15 min chart for guidance?

what period stochastic RSI?

I still would like to use BBs, maybe I can 'replace' the SMA in the bands w the 2 EMAs?

if so, what perioid BBs? 20 period / 2 SD?

after I know what to use, I can put it to use using some of your techniques outlined in your strategy thread..sorry for being long-winded..lol..thanks in advance for any info u may provide..
