Lets' also add Profit, Trade Management and maybe Risk Control. Do ya think removing certain words from trading jargon also removes their importance?As much as some of us may be annoyed by hearing the retail trader jargon, most of this tribal language contains the truths to real success. For profitable traders, the jargon are words of wisdom, reminders, lessons learned by those who actually paid the cost to trade for a living.

For positive benefits of exercise, the obvious ones are better health and reduced stress. Simply staying "consistent" and "discipline" to a a exercise routine can translate over into ones trading routine.
