I thought this would be a good place to post this video. I am a beginning trader and have learned a lot just from watching short videos. I watched this one recently and it has really helped me with trading trendlines. It is only a few minutes long and I think it will really help anyone especially beginners like myself.

Read an article stating that we had not had 9 losing days in a row since 1971. We would have tied the record if not for last weeks miracle day of some small gains before it continued downward.
Also, wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any places that allow a minimum of $500 deposit to daytrade emini futures? I am also in the US.

that is some serious news. I also heard that the AAA rating company Moody and Fitch figured their numbers wrong. They were told afterward and stated that they knew and it was okay because they were going to downgrade anyway.

for all newbies i will suggest the School of Pipsology by babypips.com
they have very nice chapters and articles from basic to advance.
i also suggest u to join any facebook forex group (u can search on facebook for forex groups)
where you can also live chat with all other traders and get great help live from them you can also see there traders that they share there.
and last thing keep a jounal or register and write down every new point that u learn from anywhere.
make notes and last make a plan and trade your plan ...

I think that the best place to start is a demo account. That will get you familiar with the platform.
Additionally I think your first deposit should be in Binary Options. It is a great way to learn the basics and then take what you have made and learned into a real trading platform. This is how I started.
You can also do this risk free. The results of the system I have used are below.

I actually saw it from a trader in a video and it makes sense based on the hours of the day.

Has anyone noticed the pattern on the EURUSD on an hourly chart. If you look at it during Europe hours they are selling and then US traders are buying it back up. This has been a great trading up to this point.
Additionally there is a great parallel trend going on the USDCHF daily chart. This is one of my favorite setups.

Trendlines are essential. Yes I am sure that we can all see the trend and what not but when you get a nice parallel trend it makes trading so much easier. A great example is below, I hunt for these everyday.

Trendlines are an integral part of trading. They can determine so much. Obviously they show you the trend but on top of that they show you the current support and resistance. Helpful in determining when to enter and exit trades. Additionally when coupled with a few indicators can be extremely powerful.
This video is a great example of how to properly use trendlines.

Yes I do, I currently use eToro. I am still learning but using copytrader to make some profit while I learn.
