[Low Volume Tests]

Short video on one of my favorite trading setups. A new low on less volume indicates less supply. Follow that by a test of the low on lower volume and you have a nice setup.

Hi Soul,
Thanks for a great video.

I have been looking at this pattern too. My question is where would one initiate the long position ? On the first low or the second test low ?

I usually take the second. If I get a third test, I will take that also. The second test would most likely be a partial profit trade... cutting half loose and scratching the other half. I have no problems re-entering trades right away. I am usually in and out and often reverse if I think Im wrong.
