Question New Fees Coming?

http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/0/e226b...#axzz1d2RLfjWV

CME Group and McGraw-Hill:

"After the deal closes, instead of paying S&P indices a fixed fee per trade, CME will pay a share of the profits that it makes on trading and clearing of equity-based futures, swaps and options on futures. "
