It is used by this guy in this blog and it appears it is proprietary. Can anyone figure what kind of an indicator is it? I am willing to pay someone to back engineer it for me even close to 90%. Here are some examples where it is used:

There is definitevely something there that is worth studying more and I am trying to figure out how to play such indicator.

One thing that it is clear to me is that this is not a traditional indicator but more of a system of patterns backtested on each bar.
