Hi,

first of all, sorry for my poor english (it`s not my first language).

I thought it would be a good idea to start a journal to improve my trading. I trade the NQ but only part time (not every day, and just the afternoon session). I`m focused on trading by price action (without indicators). I use a 10.000 CVB chart to define trend and S/R zones, and a 1 min. chart for entry. I also use a 240 min. chart for the big picture.

Charts:

10.000 CVB:
blue dotted = important S/R
thin blue line = minor S/R
red dashed dotted = range midpoint
brown thin line = swing high or low

1 min:
purple dotted = previous day high
orange dotted = previous day close
blue dotted = 10.000 CVB S/R
blue thin line = minor S/R (painted before open)
green thin line = S/R (painted realtime)
red dashed dotted = range midpoint

blue arrow = long
red arrow = short
