Data Feed for E-mini's

Recommended Posts

Hello,

i have a broker (IB) and need raw data (futures) to my ninjatrader platform.

Any suggestion would be very appreciated.

I had in mind Zen-Fire, Iqfeed.

best regards

Zen-Fire is defintely an option and you can request a trial period from them however, you will ultimately need to open brokerage account with a Zen-Fire supporting brokerage.

If you consider IQFeed, I suggest looking at Kinetick - Streaming real time quotes and historical market data as an alternative.

Good idea, as IB as a data feed pretty much sucks.

I had Kinetick, which is identical to IQFeed, just rebranded and for NT only. I had a few issues but I think these were localized. If you would ever need the data to be used in two different programs, then IQFeed should be your choice. If you'll only need it for NT and want IQFeed minus $30 a month, then go with Kinetick.

Really, there's no reason with the relatively inexpensive options of Kinetick for $50 and IQFeed for $80 that you should even consider anything else, they have pretty much set the bar for retail data, and no one else can beat it.

Hey there,

I've used both Interactive Data and IQ.Feed to get data for this instrument into Aspen Graphics. IQ Feed is a lot more affordable, and very fast. IDC seems to have a little more depth in regards to options data. I really enjoy working with the staff over at DTN as well, they are very helpful. I'd recommend starting with that.

Cheers!
