BarCount Since Yesterday

Recommended Posts

I'm using TradeStation.

To count the number of bars in the last 24h (i'm working on tick and renko charts) i've also tried to use:

vars:

bar_count(1);

while (date[bar_count] = date and time[bar_count]<time) or (date[bar_count] < date and time[bar_count] > time)

begin

bar_count = bar_count + 1;

end;

but this code freeze TS.:(

I am not sure if this is going to be helpful, but esignal has a fib time which you can configure to tell you how many bars have been formed. I would presume that any good platform would have this function, Fib extensions, retracements and circles
