Larry Williams COT Indicator Failure

Hi - I am using TradeStation and the Larry Williams indicators and am wondering why the COT Commercials Index works in the daily timeframe and not in the weekly timeframe? I have attached images to show what I mean. Is it a problem with the settings on my platform, a required update, or something else entirely?
