Technical Forecasts for CFDs (September 2017)

Recommended Posts

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bullish

This market is in a precarious situation. While the bias on it is bullish, bears are very active in it the present, and this has made short-term bearish signals to be generated on smaller timeframes like hourly and 4-hour charts (whereas the long-term signal is bullish). Unless price goes below the support lines at 5200.0 and 5100.0, it would be safe to look for ways to buy pullbacks in this market.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

Since May 24, 2016, SPX500 has been trending upwards in a directional mode, though price has consolidated in the past few days. There is a “buy” signal in this market – it is expected that price would continue going upwards this month, reaching the resistance levels at 2120.0 and 2130.0. As long as price does not go below the support level at 2040.0, the “buy” signal would be rational.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

Although the dominant bias on this CFD is bullish, it is a very weak one. The market needs to go further upward in order to clear the ambiguity surrounding it, otherwise, things can turn neutral. A movement above the distribution territory at 18000.0 would reinforce the existing bullish outlook, while a movement below the accumulation territory at 17430.0 would render the bullish outlook invalid, leading to a more conspicuous bearish presence.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

In the context of an uptrend, GER30 moved downwards last week, going below the supply levels at 10200.0 and 10160.0. Further southward movement, especially towards the demand levels at 9900.0 and 9850.0, would result on a bearish outlook. Right now, it is expected that price would make attempt to rally, for those demand levels ought to serve as checks to bears’ threats.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

Price has come down so far this month, but that is not yet significant enough to result in a Bearish Confirmation Pattern in the market. Bulls ought to push price north by at least, 1000 points this month. For a Bearish Confirmation Pattern not to form here, price needs to stop going south. Should price drop further by 500 points, long trades would no longer look logical here.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bullish

AUS200 declined last month, reaching a high of 5393.0 and a low of 5040.0. That southwards movement threatened the bullish outlook on the market, but the recovery that was witnessed in the last several days of June has upheld bulls’ domination. Price is expected to trend further northward this month, reaching the distribution territories at 5440.0, 5540.0 and 5640.0.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

This market moved sideways in the first half of June 2014; then it broke down on June 23 and 24, halting the bullish attempt that was witnessed before then. The bias would have turned bearish, should bears continued pushing the market southwards, but price started to recover the following week, which restored confidence to bulls. The outlook on the market is bullish, as bulls would continue to push price upwards, with only intermittent pullbacks along the way.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

The movement of this trading instrument was essentially bearish last month, but bulls were able to recover some of their losses, as price skyrocketed by 9000 points from the monthly low of 17059.0. Recovery is in progress, for this instrument may still move north by additional 4000 points (at least), this month. So the best approach might be to buy fleeting pullbacks in the market, especially when they are followed by a bullish candle in the 4-hour chart.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

GER30 experienced a large pullback on June 23 and 24, after which bulls came in to arrest further bearish movement. Price plunged into very formidable demand zones and was forced to spring upwards – an action that was followed by a smooth bullish recovery. Price went upwards by almost 5000 points last week, but it is yet to reach the high of June 23, 2016, which was 10470.8. The high of that day is the minimum target for bulls this month, because GER30 would continue to experience gradual recovery until the target at 10470.8 is reached or exceeded.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

The market price reached a low of 3919.9 on June 24, and then began a journey of recovery, which remains in progress. Price closed at 4257.4 last week, on a bullish note. The targets for this month are located at the resistance lines of 4370.0, 4450.0 and 4500.0. This does not rule out possibilities of bears’ machinations, but bulls should be vividly victorious by the end of July.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bullish

AUS200 moved north by over 3700 points in July 2016, as it was anticipated. There is a Bullish Confirmation Pattern in the daily and 4-hour charts, emphasizing bulls’ hegemony. In this market, the best trading approach now is to buy short-term pullbacks whenever they happen, providing that a pullback is followed by a bullish candle. This is exactly what happened on July 5, 2016, and it was followed by a nice bullish run.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

This market moved upwards in bullish mode between July 4 to 20 (the dip the happened on July 5 being a “buy” opportunities for latecomers). Price then consolidated from July 20 till the end of the month. The consolidation that happened in the last few days of the month has resulted in a “box” between the support line at 2157.0 and the resistance line at 2178.5; and price would need to go out of the box for the trend to continue. Since the outlook on SPX500 is currently bullish (though bears might win before the end of this year), price would continue going upwards when it leaves the box.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

Here, price reached a low of 17709.0 and a high of 18635.0, in July 2016. That was a gain of over 920 points, from trough to peak. However, price threatened to break down last week, forming a bearish signal on the 4-hour chart, while the bias on the daily chart remains bullish. In August, a movement bellow the accumulation territory at 18200.0 would result in a bearish outlook, unless price moves upwards before reaching that accumulation territory.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

In the last prognosis, the supply level at 10470.8 was our target for last month. From the monthly low of 9301.3, price went up more than 10,500 points, to close the month at 10350.7. While the target for last month has not been reached, it would be reached in August. Price might even be able to go above it, and gain additional 500 points after the initial target has been exceeded.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

From July 4 to 7, FRA40 went south, but further southward movement was rejected at the demand zone of 4057.4, after which price went northward by roughly 4000 points. There is an ongoing bullish signal in the market and price is supposed to continue trending upwards in August 2016, reaching the supply zones at 4500.0, 4550.0 and 4650.0 in this month or next.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bearish

AUS200 dipped at the beginning of August, and moved sideways till last week, when it went down significantly. The bias has turned bearish, and unless price goes above the resistance line at 5620.0 to effect a new bullish outlook on the market. This month, further dips are expected, which would enable bears to reach the support lines at 5350.0, 5250.0 and 5200.0 respectively.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Neutral

SPX500 has recently experienced what can be called an unprecedented volatility contraction in the last few decades. The market went flat throughout August 2016 – an action that has brought about a neutral bias which essentially started in July. This neutral bias would remain in place this September, until there is an end to it before the end of the month or early next month. Yes, the sideways movement would end as price goes conspicuously upwards or downwards. On the upside, there would not be any protracted bullish movement any longer, since the bullish phase has already reached maturity; and on the downside, price would decline seriously in case anything awakens the slumbering bears.

US30

Dominant bias: Neutral

This market also did not go upwards or downward significantly last month, which has resulted in a sideways phase. Price would continue to swing to and fro within resistance level at 18670.0 and the support level at 18240.0; until something forces it to go above that resistance level or below the support level. When the market gains momentum, most probable direction would be southward, because smaller timeframes like 4-hour and hourly charts reveal that bears are currently making some covert attempt to end the neutral bias against bulls.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

As it was anticipated last month, this trading instrument was able to go above the high of June 23, 2016, which was 10470.8 (which had been our goal since the large pullback of June 24), therefore enabling buyers to fully recover their recent losses. The bias remains bullish in the daily chart and neutral in the 4-hour chart. Bullish effort is noticeable in the market, as it closed with bullish candles in daily and 4-hour charts. This means that bulls are still willing to push price upwards this month, which could reach the supply levels at 10805.0, 10855.0 and 10900.0. These targets are attainable this year.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

Just like GER30, FRA40 also closed on a bullish note last Friday. In August, price reached a low of 4290.4 and a high of 4525.9. Bulls are also willing to effect further northward movement, for there are Bullish Confirmation Patterns in the 4-hour and daily charts. Price is now at the highest level since April 2016, and the achievement for this month would be to break above the high of April 2016, which is located at 4612.9.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bullish

AUS200 started September on a bearish note, but ended it on a bullish note. From September 1 to 13, the market dipped by 2500 points from. Since then, the market has rallied by 3300 point till date. There are Bullish Confirmation Patterns in the 4-hour and daily charts, which reveal that further northward movement is possible. Next targets are the resistance lines at 5550.0, 5650.00 and 5750.0 this month.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Neutral

SPX500 moved sideways last month – and the bias on both the 4-hour and the daily charts is neutral. Price moved sideways in the first few days of September, and then dipped from September 9 – 11. After this, price became quite volatile and ended up consolidating till the end of the month. The neutrality of the bias is supposed to continue this month until “something’ pushes the market out of balance. The most probable direction is to the south, for the bullish trend has reached maturity.

US30

Dominant bias: Neutral

The situation surrounding this market is quite similar to the situation surround the SPX500. Price moved sideways in the first few days of September, and the dipped from September 9 – 11. After this, the market was riddled with high volatility and eventually moved sideways till the end of the month. This neutral outlook may continue this month until the market starts trending seriously, which would cause a directional bias to form. The most probable direction is towards the south.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

In spite of a serious volatility on this trading instrument, there remains a bullish indication on it. Bulls have succeeded in preventing large pullbacks in the market; plus there is a Bullish Confirmation Pattern in the daily chart. The instrument may thus attain the supply levels at 10650.0, 10750.0 and 10850.0 in the month of October. The demand levels at 10180.0 and 10150.0 should resist any bearish attempts along the way.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

FRA40 experienced extreme volatility in September 2016, which was characterized by large upswings and downswings. In spite of this, the bias on the market is bullish (though in a precarious situation). Price needs to move further upwards by at least, 1000 points, in order to showcase stronger bullishness. For this, bulls would be willing to target the supply zones at 4550.0, 4650.0 and 4750.0 this month.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bearish

AUS200 consolidated in the first few weeks of October, and dropped conspicuously last week. There are Bearish Confirmation Patterns in the 4-hour and daily charts, which portend the possibility that price could go further south. Therefore, price may target the support lines at 5200.0, 5100.0 and 5000.0 this month, though there would be temporary consolidations or rally attempts along the way.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bearish

SPX500 has been consolidating for months. Price has been unable to effect any meaningful bullish rally since August and things are going gradually bearish. Right now, there are bearish signals in the 4-hour and daily charts, and so, the market may reach the support levels at 2100.0, 2090.0 and 2080.0. It is most likely that bears would dominate the market till the end of this year.

US30

Dominant bias: Neutral

This trading instrument has been in an equilibrium phase since August 2016, though price moved a bit lower in September, and then moving sideways till now. Although the equilibrium movement may continue for some time this month, a rise in momentum is imminent, and that may happen this month or next. A break above the distribution territory at 18650.0 would result in a bullish outlook; and a break below the accumulation territory at 17900.0 would result in a bearish outlook. As long as price is between these accumulation and distribution territories, the market would be viewed as being in an equilibrium phase; and so, a strong and persistent buying or selling pressure is needed to push price out of that zone.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

On the daily chart, the bias on GER30 remains bullish. However a closer look at lower timeframes reveals that price is being corrected. Last week, a clear bearish correction was witnessed on the 4-hour char, though that is not yet strong enough to pose a serious threat to the bullish bias on the daily chart. This week, the current bullishness in the market would be most probably maintained, which cannot be overturned until the demand level at 10100.0 is breached to the downside.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

The situation surrounding this market is quite similar to the condition affecting GER30. The bias on the daily chart is bearish, but some correction has been going on a lower timeframe like the 4-hour chart. The bullish bias would continue to be safeguarded irrespective of some transitory pullbacks along the way, except a breach of the demand zone at 4350.0 is breached.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bullish

On November 9, AUS200 dipped massively, reaching a low of 5042.00. Since then price has climbed numerous resistance lines (now support lines) gaining roughly 4500 points. Since the bias on the market is bullish, it is expected that price would continue going upwards till the end of the year. While there may be pauses, consolidation, and transient corrections along the way, the market is expected to reach the resistance lines at 5530.00, 5560.00 and 5590.00.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

This market trended south in the first few days of November, and then gapped upwards, assuming a strong bullish movement. The bullish movement was briefly interrupted on November 9 as price became extremely volatile, reaching a high of 2170.3 and a low of 2031.9. Since then price, has trended northward smoothly, reaching the resistance level at 2210.0. Attempt to close above that resistance level is currently not successfully, but that goal would be achieved this month, as price goes upwards towards the resistance levels at 2230.0, 2260.00 and 2290.0.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

What happened to US30 last month was quite similar to what happened to SPX500. Price trended downwards from November 1 to 4, and the gapped upwards to start a noticeable bullish journey. Price plummeted on November 9, reaching a low of 17478, owing to the US presidential elections results. From that low, price has appreciated more than 1780 points, to close at 19161 on November 30. There is a strong Bullish Confirmation Pattern on the market and the rest of this year would be bullish as price trudges towards the distribution territories at 19300, 19500 and 19700.

GER30

Dominant bias: Neutral

Unlike SPX500 and AUS200, GER30 did not do much in November. Price did start trending downwards for a few days, gapped up later and became seriously volatile on November 9. The market dropped like stone and quickly recovered – a kind of flash crash. Since then, price has entered an equilibrium phase, bringing about a neutral bias on the market. Now, there is a base, and a rise in momentum would force price to go out of that base, and when that happens, it would most probably favor bulls. The supply levels at 10700.0, 10750.0 and 10800.0, would likely be tested within the next several weeks.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

Interestingly, FRA40 almost did what GER30 did last month. It went south in the first few days of November, gapped upward, started a bullish journey, only to experience a flash crash on November 9. The market has recovered and it is currently making some attempts to go higher and higher, though bears are not making that an easy task (which explains the current choppy market condition). Since the outlook on the market is bullish, it is expected that price would somehow go upwards this month, maintaining the bullish outlook on it.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bearish

The market was mostly bearish in January, and that was strong enough to bring about a bearish outlook on the market. Although volatile, price has not trended significantly in February, but it is more likely that further bearish movement would be witnessed. The current bearish outlook would remain valid until price is able to break the resistance line at 5800.00, an occurrence that would require a strong bullish pressure. Normally, the resistance lines at 5600.00, 5500.00 and 5000.00 could be reached.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

SPX500 is neutral in the short-term, but bullish in the long-term. Price consolidated mostly in January – an event that is still in place. The consolidation is in the context of an uptrend, and it is seen as a mere pause. A rise in momentum is expected soon, and it would most probably be in favor of the long-term bullish outlook. A movement below the support level at 2250.0 would render this expectation ineffectual, while the expectation would be effectual as long as price does not break the support level to the downside. Possible targets for this week are around the resistance levels at 2350.0, 2400.0 and 2450.0.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

The movement on US30 is quite similar to the movement on SPX500. Price went flat throughout January, while the dominant bias remains bullish. Price has formed a base as a result of the recent flat movement in the market, and the base would be in place until a strong movement happens in the market, which would most probably shoot price northwards. The distribution territories at 20500, 20600 and 20700 could be easily attained this month. A movement below the accumulation territory at 19600 would lead to a bearish signal.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

This trading instrument is in a bullish mode, which was started by the strong rally that happened in November 2016. Price consolidated in January 2017, and attempted to rally on January 25, but further bullish movement was rejected at the supply level of 11900.0. The market would attempt to rally again this month, reach the aforementioned supply level and then go further upwards towards another supply levels at 12000.0 and 12050.0. Nonetheless, this would require a strong buying pressure to achieve – especially a breach of the supply level at 12000.0.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bearish

FRA40 rallied in December 2016, forming a bullish bias: But the perpetual bearish movement in January 2017 has led to a Bearish Confirmation Pattern in the market, which is still a kind of new, and which has much room to go. From the beginning of the year, price has come down more than 1400 points, and there is a possibility that it may reach the demand zones at 4700.0, 4650.0 and 4600.0. The only thing that can render this expectation invalid is a situation in which price rallies again by at least, 1400 points, bringing about a bullish bias again.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bullish

While this market went bearish in January, it went bullish in February. In the context of an uptrend, price was corrected last week, and then started March on a bullish note. The outlook on the market is bullish, and there is a possibility that the resistance lines at 5775.00 and 5800.00 would be tested. The ultimate target for this month is 5831.42, which was the high of last month. This means that price could meet some challenge at the resistance line resistance line of 5830.00, but a strong buying pressure could make price go above it.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

SPX500 is a very interesting market. Price has gone seriously upwards, just as it was forecast last month. Actually, the current bullish movement started in November 2016, following a long –term consolidation in the market. Since then, the market has gained 3700 point (since the low of November 2016). In February 2017 alone, the market gained 900 points. Having begun March on a strong bullish note, further northward movement is anticipated, which may push price towards the resistance levels at 2400.0, 2500.0 and 2600.0.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

It is no big surprise that the movement on US30 is quite similar to the movement on SPX500. Since November 2016, price has moved upwards by close to 3700 pips (starting from the low of November 2106). The market gained more than 850 points in February 2017 - with little retracements along the way – and again trended significantly upwards this week. Since price has gone above one accumulation territory after the other, it is assumed that, it would eventually reach the distribution territories at 21500, 22000 and 22500 in March and/or April.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

This trading instrument is volatile but bullish. Just as it was mentioned in the last forecast, price went upwards in February, in conjunction with the bullish movement that started a few months back. This has resulted in a vivid Bullish Confirmation Pattern in the market; and despite some bearish retracements that would be transitory, the overall movement in the market would be bearish this month. The next targets are located at the supply levels of 12100.0, 12300.0 and 12500.0. The bullish outlook cannot be rendered invalid until there is at least, a 1000-point movement to the downside.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

FRA40 went bearish in January this year, which almost forced a bearish outlook on the market. In February, the market made some bullish attempt and then started coming down from February 16. Last week was particularly bearish, but further bearish movement was rejected at the demand zone of 4840.0. Price bounced upwards from that demand zone (February 24), consolidated this Monday and Tuesday, and then broke out northwards on Wednesday (March 1). This could be the beginning of a serious bullish journey, which may enable price to reach the supply zones at 4990.0, 5100.0 and 5050.0.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bullish

The market consolidated from March 3 to 27, and then moved upwards protractedly till the end of March. The bullishness in the market is still being preserved, though things are choppy and volatile at the present. In April, it is expected that price would continue going upward, and gradually. The resistance lines at 5900.00 and 5950.00 are the immediate targets for bulls. The ultimate target is the resistance line at 6000.00. As price journeys upwards, there would be occasional pullbacks along the way – and some can even be large.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

SPX500 underwent some bearish correction throughout March 2017, but that was not significant enough to pose any threat to the dominant bullish bias, let alone invalidating it. Right now, the bearish correction is still in place, and it might continue this month (until something fundamental forces price to change its course). A movement below the support level at 2300.0 would threaten the bullish bias; while a movement below the support level at 2200.0 would result in a clean bearish outlook on the market. Unless these support levels are broken, any bearish corrections would be viewed as transient.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

As usual, the movement on SPX500 is essentially similar to the movement on US30, since the conditions surrounding both markets are the same. US30 consolidated throughout last month, as bears subtly pushed price gradually south. The downwards correction is still in place, and it might end becoming an opportunity to go long at better prices. The bullish bias would continue to hold as long as price does not go below the accumulation territory at 20000; though the accumulation territories at 20500 and 20300 could be tested temporarily.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

This market was able to continue its bullish movement last week. The bullish movement started in 2016, and there is still much room for further bullish movement. Last month, price reached a low of 11847.3 and a high of 12342.9. A movement below the low of last month would result in a bearish signal; while a movement above the high of last month would result in stronger Bullish Confirmation Pattern in the market. Given the current price action, a movement to the upside is the most likely. Eyes are on the supply levels at 12300.0 and 12500.00.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

FRA40 was able to avoid a major pullback in March, as it reached an equilibrium phase. Price broke to the upside on March 27, rallying till the end of the month. There is yet to be a directional movement so far in this month, but price is playing itself out in the context of an uptrend. It is expected that price would go out of balance again, and there is a probability that the breakout would be in favor of the existing bullish bias. While there also would be some corrections in the market, the supply zones at 5150.0, 5200.0 and 5250.0 could be reached before the end of this month.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bullish

This market is bullish as well as volatile. Price swung wildly upwards and downward in April, and it has started pulling back again this week (all in the context of a bullish bias). This month, the volatility would continue as price continues its wild upswings and downswing, while the general movement would be bullish. From the low of April (5912.92), price is expected to gain at least, 5,000 points this month, breaking one resistance line after another. However, this is going to be a pyrrhic victory because bearish forces would constantly cause transient pullbacks, which would be large in some cases.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

SPX500 has been able maintain its bullish trend so far. In April, price dropped roughly 650 points, reaching a low of 2299.7 on April 12. The market has gained about 930 points since then, emphasizing its bullishness. It is possible for new highs to be made this month, though there could also be temporary bearish corrections along the way. The bearish corrections are not expected to take price below the support level at 2299.0, which is a formidable support level indeed. In the next several months, the market would probably enter into an extended equilibrium phase, which would be in the context of an uptrend.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

US30 experienced three flash crashes on April 6, 10, and 13. It is interesting to note that the three flash crashes were all contained at the accumulation territory of 19277 (The only two major pullbacks that occurred on SPX500 on April 12 and 13 were each contained at the same support level of 2299.7). So, the accumulation territory at 19270 has become serious barrier to any future bearish trends. From the low of 19277, US30 has gained 1700 points. The market is supposed to go further north this month, reaching an initial target at the distribution territory of 21065, which was the high of April.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

This market has been in a persistent bullish trend since the middle of 2016, and price has gained roughly 9,800 points this year alone. In April, price went south from the beginning of that month till April 18, after which it started journeying upwards again, gapping up massively on April 24, and sprinting further north. There are huge Bullish Confirmation Patterns in the 4-hour and daily charts, which predict further gains this month. Price is already at the highest that has been seen this year, and it may go towards the supply levels at 12550.0, 12600.0 and 12650.0.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

FRA40 moved sideways within April 4 – 12; and went visibly bearish from April 13 to 18, after which it began to trend upwards. There was a gap-up on April 23, which has never been filled, because price went further upwards, closing at 5264.0 at the end of April. This month, price has gone beyond the closing price of April. As there is a clear bullish outlook on the market, it may gain a minimum of 1000 points this month (amid stealth attacks from bears). Price could enter a prolonged sideways movement within the next few months, but the bullish outlook on it would remain intact.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bearish

On this market, a bearish signal was generated last month, when the market lost over 23,000 points. This has resulted in a Bearish Confirmation Pattern, as this month was also opened on a strong bearish note. The market has lost more than 10,000 points this month, and this is just the beginning. In June, it is expected that AUS200 would lose at least, 20,000 points (10,000 points having been lost already). Thus, the support lines at 5630.00, 5600.00 and 5570.00 would be targeted and possibly be exceeded as the market goes further southwards.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

SPX500 consolidated from May 3 to 16, and then nosedived to test the support level at 2346.0. After that, price assumed a strong bullish movement as it rose over 800 points, ending May on a strong bullish note. SPX500 has done nothing significant this week, save roughly sideways movement – in the context of an uptrend. The current consolidation may continue for the next several trading days, but when momentum rises, it would most probably favor bulls as price goes further north. The bullish bias on the market is far from being over.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

US30 as usual, is normally correlated with SPX500. The movement in the market in May, plus what has happened so far this month, is quite similar to the movement on the SPX500. Price consolidated between May 2 to 16, and then pulled back to test the accumulation territory at 20496. More pullback was rejected as price rose by roughly 600 points, seeing the month of June start with a strong bullish propensity. Nonetheless, the market has not done anything significant after that, save the ongoing sideways movement in the context of an uptrend. There would soon be a breakout which would most probably favor bulls.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bullish

This is a bull market, but things are quite rough. The last 2 weeks of May were particularly choppy, with no directional movement. Should the current condition of the market continue for the next several trading days, the bias on the market would become neutral in the short-term (whereas the long-term bias would remain bullish, as long as the market does not lose 5000 points from here). In spite of the extant choppy condition, the outlook on GER30 remains bullish for the month of June. So, price would eventually go towards the initial supply levels at 12850.0, 12900.0 and 12950.0. The first two supply levels were previously tested.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bullish

FRA40 was caught in an equilibrium phase in the last 2 weeks of May, while the bullish bias on the market remained intact. In June, a bearish signal has been generated in the short-term, while the long-term bias remains bullish (but threatened). The short-term bearish signal was caused by a 700-point bearish movement that occurred since the beginning of June. A movement towards the demand zone at 5090.0 would invalidate the dominant bullish bias, though that would require a heavy selling pressure in the market. A serious movement to the upside would override the short-term bearish signal in the market, and strengthen the dominant bullish bias.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Bearish

This market has gone bearish since May and the bearishness has remained till now. There is a huge volatility in the market, which does not push price in a particular direction on a short-term basis, as the movement has been in a zigzag mode. This kind of action is supposed to continue in the next few weeks, as price subtly moves southwards. It is unlikely that the bias would turn bullish anytime soon; for that would require a very strong rally which would push price beyond the high of April 2017, which is located at 5997.42.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

SPX500 is bullish in the long-term and bearish in the short-term. The market is quite choppy and that is what it would continue to do in the next few weeks, until some unusual fundamental figure pushes price upwards to emphasize the long-term bullish bias; or price would go seriously downwards to override the long-term bullish bias. To stop the bearish threat, there is a need for the resistance level at 2455.0 to be breached to the upside. On the other hand, a movement below the support level at 2400.0 would result in a clean bearish signal.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

US30 is bullish in the long-term and neutral in the short-term. Price has been oscillating wildly, revealing a close struggle between the bull and the bear. The currency market condition is expected to hold out for some time, prior to a seriously directional movement, which would underline the major bullish bias, once the distribution territory at 21563 is breached to the upside. Further southwards movement from here might result in a bearish bias, especially when the accumulation territory at 21000 is broken to the downside (something that would require a massive sell-off).

GER30

Dominant bias: Bearish

This market has turned bearish, after trending downwards in the last three weeks. Both the short-term and long-term movements are bearish (a Bearish Confirmation Pattern), and as such, long trades would be illogical at the present. From the high of June 20 (12958.3), the market has lost about 6,000 points; plus July has also started on a bearish note. There could be temporary pauses and rallies along the way (which could be ignored), as price goes further downwards, reaching the demand levels at 12300.0, 12200.0 and 12100.0.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bearish

FRA40 became bearish as a “sell” signal was generated on it in June, owing to the persistent downwards movement that started in May. The market gave up approximately 2,000 points in June, starting July on a bearish note (there is a Bearish Confirmation Pattern in the market). Since May 7, at least, 3700 points have been given up, and the trend is expected to continue this month, reaching the demand zones at 5100.0, 5000.0 and 4900.00 within the next several weeks. Bullish positions are not currently encouraged.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Neutral

In the last two months, this market has not moved in a directional mode. It has been moving only in a zigzag manner since then, in a quite choppy environment. This has led to the current neutrality on the market – which is supposed to continue in the next few weeks. The market is currently not attractive, and thus, no position is recommended until there is a directional movement, which would either push price above the resistance line at 5840.00, or below the support line at 5630.00. As long as price stays between the aforementioned resistance and support lines, the neutral bias on the market would be in place.

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

SPX500 is bullish in the long-term and neutral in the short-term. While the overall bias remains bullish, price has consolidated in the last two weeks, though bull is still intent on pushing price further northwards. A movement above the resistance level at 2485.0 would result in more emphasis on the bullish bias; while a movement below the support level at 2400.0 would result in a threat to the bullish bias (but that would require a very serious and protracted selling pressure). Before a directional movement occurs, the current short-term consolidation would continue for several trading days.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

US30 is bullish, both in the long-term and the short-term. The bullishness in the market is strong – as emphasized by the Bullish Confirmation Pattern in it. Price was bullish both in June and July (gaining more than 500 points in July). August also started on a bullish note, and price has gone upwards so far, gaining additional 130 points along the way. This month, US30 is expected to continue its slow and steady journey to the north, raking in at least, another 200 points. There could be occasional pauses or shallow pullbacks along the way, but the market movement would generally be bullish.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bearish

This interesting market, fluctuated wildly in June, and became bearish in July. The wild fluctuation is still in place – only that it is happening in a context of a bearish bias. In July, price reached a high of 12679.0 and a low of 12081.9. Any bullish attempts in this market may be seen as opportunities to sell short at better prices. This August, price would first exceed the low of July (12081.9), and then go towards the demand level at 12000.0 which is the ultimate target for the month. However, that does not rule out the possibility that the ultimate target might be breached to the downside, especially in the face strong bearish pressures.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bearish

FRA40 became bearish in June, after reaching the high of 5487.7 in May. That high has thus remained the highest price of FRA40 this year, and it could eventually be the high of the year. From the May high, till now, price has moved southward by 3,700 points, doing so in a slow and steady way in July. There is a Bearish Confirmation Pattern in the market, which means that the upwards bounce that has been witnessed in this month is not something to be taken seriously, for price would go further downwards, targeting the demand zones at 5079.0, which could even be breached to the downside. There is a strong demand zone at 5000.0.

AUS200

Dominant bias: Neutral

In the last few months, AUS200 has been in a neutral phase. The market is quite choppy, rough and unattractive, oscillating upwards and downwards with no directional movement. The choppiness and neutrality of the market is expected to continue for most part of September, as price fails to reach a serious imbalance. Last month, price reached a high of 5812.80 and a low of 5624.20. Therefore, there is a need for price to stay below the low of August or above its high, before there can be a directional bias (which would most probably happen before the end of September or in October).

SPX500

Dominant bias: Bullish

SPX500 generally went bearish in August, losing roughly 500 pips, and reaching a low of 2418.6. From that low, price gained 500 points, to close the month of August on a bullish note (and that rally in the last few days of the month has already helped remove the threat against the recent bearish bias). The bullish movement is supposed to continue this month, and price could test the resistance levels at 2480.0, 2490.0, and ultimately, 2500.0. It is unlikely that price would be able to breach the resistance level at 2500.0 to the upside, because further bullish movement would be rejected at that point.

US30

Dominant bias: Bullish

US30 is currently bullish, but just like SPX500, it underwent some selling pressure in August. Price topped at 22189, and then went southwards by over 500 points, reaching a low of 21614. Further southwards movement was rejected at that low, and price began to make gradual recovering (owing to visible bullish efforts in the markets); thus saving the ongoing bullish outlook on the market, which has been in place since last year. Price is expected to continue edging upwards slowly and steadily, reaching the distribution territories at 22000, 22100 and 22200. These are the initial targets for the month.

GER30

Dominant bias: Bearish

This unique market has become bearish since July 2017 (12679.0), and from the high of that month, price has lost more than 6000 pips. There is a Bearish Confirmation Pattern, both in the daily chart and the 4-hour chart, signaling further bearish movement in September. The bearish bias on the market cannot be rendered completely invalid until price goes above the high of July (12679.0). The first target for this month is the demand level at 11865.5 (the low of August), after which price would go towards other demand level at 11800.0.

FRA40

Dominant bias: Bearish

FRA40 is a bear market – although volatile and choppy. Price has lost over 4,000 pips so far, after reaching the high of May 2017 (5487.7). Given the recent price action, rallies proffer great short-selling opportunities in the market, forming a series of lower highs and lower lows. Since the low of last month (4990.7), price has bounced upwards by 1,400 point, but it got corrected a bit at the end of the month, starting this month on a slight bearish note. Owing to the current Bearish Confirmation Pattern in the market, it is anticipated that, at least, another 1000 points would be lost in September.
