Hey guys,
quick couple questions. I have been trading stocks and futures for about a year now and have recently decided to get out of the house and into an office. I am renting individual office space on a floor with many other small businesses. The internet connection is up to 100Mbps and is shared for the whole floor. Unfortunately i am not too educated in this area.

My questions: is there anything specific i should be looking for/required to have in terms of internet connection before i sign a lease? Do i need anything above and beyond what the other small businesses in the location would need in terms of internet connection? I would love to move into a particular office but want to make sure i wont run into any problems down the line. Any other questions you could recommend I ask would be greatly appreciated.

depending on your location and internet providers and how much information and speed you need for your trading style, worst case you could probably go independently wireless?
I used to run some equity data over a lot of stocks this way and it worked fine, and the cost was pretty low.
