Desktop Alert Software Needed to Relay Trading Messages

I want desktop alert software pl. suggest the name of software which is user friendly.I have found many freewares and sharewares on net,but I am not able to make up my mind.if you have tried them pl recommend suitable software to relay messages to small group.
