TD Strategy Desk

I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for assistance. I'm using TD Strategy Desk to create buy/sell signals but having a bit of trouble. I'm trying to create a buy signal when the following conditions occur:

[MACD - SIGNAL] > 0 AND
[MACD - SIGNAL] < 0.001

I see the MACD graph signal when I do the manual calculations but can't get the signal to activate. Any thoughts?
