Indicator Section Misuse

Not sure if this is the correct section to post (which is ironic when you read my query).

I notice more posts requesting indicators in the indicator section (which is obviously for posting indicators). No biggy really. I wondered if it is easy to prevent starting a thread without an attachment? Probably not and it might aggravate users. A more practical approach might be to require moderator approval to start a thread. The real low rent option is to for a moderator to simply move off topic threads to general. As I say no big deal but is starting to irritate enough for me to post this.

Re: Indicator Section Misuse

Let me take a look at that and seem if I can come up with something.

Thanks for letting me know.

I guess it is rather petty, moving threads would suffice.

Re: Indicator Section Misuse

I also think it is messy to have those unending coding requests in the Trading Indicator section. It makes the forum unorganized and unprofessional looking.

James used to have a warning notice in the Trading Indicator forum.
It worked great, but somehow it was removed.
