Exclamation Something to Be Fixed in the Forum

There is a problem since the last maintenance forum, when inserting an url image, the picture is not scaled to get a good insertion in the message area resulting in messing up the complete page format.

Re: Something to Be Fixed in the Forum

Problem is occurring in all pages where pictures are larger than the page width.
In those pages the forum becomes unusable.

Re: Something to Be Fixed in the Forum

They'll get around to fixing it... if enough people complain.

It's as though the new crew doesn't even visit its own forums now and then to make sure everything is copacetic.

Tough crowd, tough crowd. I might end up going all "Steven Slater" on all of you

We're on it but we upgraded all the software this weekend since it was a soon to be unsupported version and while most everything worked seamless when it came back on there's been a few glitches - this image resizing being one and the most critical. We've got the tech people on it and told them it's critical -- since we've been spending enough on the website these days to put their children through college and grad school I'm optimistic that it will be resolved quickly.

Now, where are those beers......

Ha-ha-ha...Let us know when, so you can book the media.
You could have post a message to warn the members of the glitches and reduce the size of the pictures to be posted until bug solved.
Cheers.

This post was totally not necessary - what value or positivity does your comment add to this thread? You may think it was funny, clever, or witty or something, but ET'ish behavior like this is not welcomed.

I was in the software industry for nearly 20 years and upgrades virtually never go smoothly - use Microsoft as an example and they employ many many very bright programmers. There are always unforeseen problems and quirks that arise. I have faith that MMS and his partner are working to rectify the problem and it will be addressed in a prompt fashion. MMS and crew are doing a great job taking over this forum I'm very glad that it was someone like them; experienced traders, forum participants, and all round good guys.

Lets stay respectful to the community rather than being sarcastic and trying to find ways to dig into them.

Regards,
MK
