Of course, you will want to be carefull at 08:30am ET and 10:00am ET when most US news comes out and where it can be very volatile. Usually, asian session (18:00pm ET to 01:00am ET) is not really good as activity is very low most of the time. The exception would be as tonight when there is japanese news.
