  1. Actions for the 9th. Despite noticing and feeling that the PA was sloppy early on I continued to try and make something of it, I sat out for a bit after trade 7 but still ended up getting tangled in a trade that I should have avoided (trying to make something of marginal PA).
  2. Actions for the 8th. Seemed like a possibly choppy day which led me to bailing on the trades after the impulse move post entry.
  3. Actions for the 7th. Still overly reliant on volume to give a heads up, its good for climactic behaviours but outside that it can make it a little harder to follow.
  4. Actions for the 6th. Started off with some poor reasoning on my entries, had a couple of losers then finished with a trade that was a proper entry and management trade for a win. Who would have thought following the plan would work?
  5. Actions for the 3rd. Boring day as price seemed to establish a high and low then chopped about between those levels.
  6. Actions for the 2nd. I wanted to take more trades but found myself being precious after trade 2 and doubted my thinking which led to me sitting on my hands on some good setups.
  7. Actions for the 1st. Made a mistake with trade 1 and trade 2 was pretty standard, after that I just couldn't make heads or tails of what the PA was doing so gave up after lunch.
  8. Actions for the 31st. Found myself in a few spots having to pass on trades as the stops where out with my tolerance. No trades for the 30th.
  9. Actions for the 26th. Some poor thinking led to sloppy trading and big misses.
  10. Actions for the 25th. Its difficult to watch the kick back on some of the trades I'm taking as I try to manage them in a way that leaves me open to larger trades, trade 5 in particular stung as it eventually got to where I thought it might. Despite the result I think there is a little progress being made, maybe.
  11. Actions for the 24th. Management issues cropped up again.
  12. Actions for the 23rd. Weird day with the PA, in hindsight the pull backs in the rally looked simple on the 5 minute but on the 1m things seemed a little more complicated.
  13. Actions for the 19th. Bad results but clearer PA, I'm cutting the lowest time frame charts (20s) for the time being to try a slow down the thinking process a little. Still need to figure out the patience issue a bit aka trade 1, and try and accept the fact that I might need to carry stops that are a lot wider than what I'm used to (10-15 points wide on some) or not take the trade at all, the two long trades really needed those wide stops (danger point stops) to succeed.
  14. Actions for the 18th. More of the same.
  15. Actions for the 17th. My intolerance of adverse PA posed a significant problem as the day unfolded. This might come off as a little petulant but I've been getting really frustrated with how price has been moving over the last couple of weeks, I don't know if this is to do with price pushing at highs but I am really struggling to make heads or tails of price movement and volume most of the time. As I've already noted my stop intolerance is problematic particularly on days like this but even then my analysis intraday is inconsistent. Given where my mindset is just now I am starting to think I will have to rebuild my plan and revisit my expectations and really try and figure out why I think the way I do, some of my thinking lingers from when I was having much better results than I am currently having, are they realistic with today's PA? Do I need to carry wider stops? (very likely) Does price "go" or does it hang around for a bit? I'll elaborate further when I have though it out a little more, I'm just very frustrated with how all the components play out including myself during the session.
  16. Actions for the 12th. Despite thinking price would head back to the weeks high (a few posts up gives reasoning) I tilted off after trade 1 and was mentally shut down from taking any more trades.
  17. Actions for the 11th. I'm finding it difficult to make out whats happening intraday as PA seems to waffle.
  18. Actions for the 10th. Another day similar to the last post.
  19. Actions for the 9th. After trade 3 I sat out waiting for PA to reach either the high or low of the session as price was ranging.
  20. Actions for the 6th. I was too focused on the 1 minute time frame to really appreciate what was going on in the bigger scheme of things, volume seemed vague but was largely confirming the PA at the time, I just couldn't get my head into seeing this as a trend day.
  21. Actions for the 5th. The drop lower in the morning was a little frustrating as PA seemed to grind it out with a lot of back fill, I then missed the bottom as it looked similar to all the other bottoms I tried to catch in the session up to that point.
