  1. I found a listing of key reversal times during the day and I was wondering just how useful knowledge of these intervals is. Perhaps it is because I have only been trading for 5.5 months so far but I can't seem to apply this knowledge to my trading (stock options).
  2. Actually, I think this information can be utilized quite well. No one should enter a trade purely based on what time it is; this information seems to be most useful in context as does most if not all info. If I saw price heading toward a key resistance or support, forming some kind of reversal pattern such as a rising wedge and the time was approaching a reversal time, I would definitely take the reversal trade. Now having this kind of knowledge isn't particularly game-changing but it's a trading career is made of many bits and pieces and I believe this knowledge to be one of those bits and pieces.
