MAs are lagging only if you need to see their cross to take action. Gray area before cross and after trend change is the tricky part. OSC between MACD and DIF can help. KD cross with reset parameters at 30-45 can help as well. Most of my trades are made by all three. Chance to get wrong is very low.

KISS does stand for what it says as an acronym, but it is also an indicator. I agree we don't need to learn all indicators available. But, since asked, will anyone interpret KISS Formula - TC2000 PCF's - TradeOn.com in plain English? (I mean those math in red text)

I have heard a lot about KISS but nowhere to find the formula. I was told it is close to 3/6 unit of moving average but KISS is more accurate. Does anyone know the formula ?
