  1. Yes. Just ask them to factor in a commission. Once I factored in a commission of $30. That was alot of fun. If you're serious, I would shoot for $5 and thereabouts though.
  2. Discipline is not useless, but very overrated. It's what people without an edge look for as the holy grail. However without EV+, discipline alone won't make you profitable. It's how people sell books like "Trader Psychology", which are in essence useless, because you still don't have a profitable strategy... I may view discipline as less useful, because my strategy is much more mechanical than most other strategies I have seen on the internet. I don't need as much discipline as say, the people who trade based on "price action" or gap fills or "sentiment". I view trading as a science, not an art.
  3. Personally I would choose private mentoring in real life. Plus I would not play forex because of it's volatility. People mean different things with volatility but having huge tails is what defines forex volatility for me and that's what forex has alot. Eminis are better suited to me. I can avoid tails by avoiding trading during news events.
  4. I have a strategy with positive EV and don't care about psychology. Discipline is overrated. Just execute. SOunds to me you don't have an edge.
