  1. I agree saying volatility may take still more time on this market. keep in mind the economy crisis around the world and actions required to recover it. Then, we have to face unexpected performances in the market and have a plan to know what to do as traders
  2. well, for me this seems like a open source for many people to start on this business. I started with my account and many friends and relatives have been asking about how this works, even if they don’t have idea about currencies and stuff. There are many things involved on this market
  3. is that an extra tool that we can’t find usually in platforms? According to some posts in here, it seems this tool doesn’t work with every platform. Is this really useful for our trading performance?
  4. I know there are not licenses required on this market, but I would like to know more about taxes and all that we’ve to pay as traders. Do broker manage it as well?
  5. analysis are really related to the learning way for a trader, but setting an EA it is necessary to know more about platforms and indicators. I’ve found some ea examples on my demo platform, trying them would be a good way to learn more about that
  6. I’ve realized you can’t focus just in a particular analysis, I think technical and fundamental may help us as traders. Indicators, tendencies, and logical facts are interesting to study, but forex is made also by people. Then, I guess news and events in the world and especially in the economy make us think, wonder and take decisions. Let us know your thoughts,. Jess
  7. Hi everyone. I would like to know if you guys have some parameters to really understand world news in order to take investing decisions. I guess this is a good time to take advantage of fundamental analysis. Could you give us some example? particular websites to check hot topics? Thanks. Jess
  8. then, trend lines are only used on long tf trades? Actually I’m just a scalper, do you think swing strategies may be useful? Checking some market trend lines it doesn’t appear as a good indicator supporting my decisions but I’ll really appreciate your opinions, I’m just fixing strategies. Jess
  9. Yes, I guess that is a good way. Actually I’m taking advantage of this forum; I’ve got some tips saving some time and I’ll check at the same time some websites to learn more about each indicator. I also get tips from a broker, newsletters and good stuff. About drawing charts, I guess a good way to start is using lines as support and resistances, I get those online, even in forums and I’m looking online because I guess I can add some tool on my platform and get those lines easier. I’ll try then I’d give you, for a first time, some advice Jess
  10. "Anyone who says "you need fundamentals to succeed" is wrong. Fx is actually easier for a technical trade than stocks/futures because trends persist so well. The advert quoted is just another way of getting suckers for yet another forex course. Classic sales technique, induce doubt, create a need, gets someone nodding, and provide the can't lose, give me dollars now solution." If every trader thought exactly in the same way, your words may have some value. I’m not an expert here, but my little experience shows this market is accessible to everyone with some money in the pocket, a pc and a network. People know about news and especially this crisis times. Surely, trends are lead by economical news. Jess
  11. I’m also looking for a good way to start up trading. I’m checking some e-sources cause I don’t want to be too long a newbie I’m checking some of these free demos… I guess this is a good way to become an “oldbie” at least So keep in touch :missy: Jess
