  1. The bubble bust was the single most important event that boosted me to a serious education into the trading profession. I appreciate your honest and realistic experience as a trader. We all need our constant reminders to sharpen our discipline swords.
  2. We all have what works for us. This method is my bread and butter. I love learning. The market offers an unlimited supply of methods to learn. But don't confuse learning with what works for you. If you find your style, use it. For me, as Zoso qouted, 2 or 3 trades averaging one minute in/out. Walk away so I will be clear the next day. I know what it takes to live my lifestyle and I am happy with that. And yes, it is a very simple lifestyle.
  3. I am a newbie at TL and I want to say how impressive the wealth of knowledge is here. It is appreciated and I look forward to learning from all of you. Thanks
  4. I will have to try to look up the names, but there are a couple of guys in Atlanta that teach a course in trading. The ones who do well are able to put up $5000 and have access to 25k. I don't remember any more details.
  5. Pure price action is the only truth. Unfortunately the best trades are often the trades not taken. I use other indicators simply as a road map of when not to trade. I do however miss some trades.
  6. I guess since I brought it up, death reminds us to enjoy what we do while we live and not focus so much on the results!
  7. I would like to know what percentage profile you fall into if you die before you are succesfull?
  8. Solitare As in trading, I have found that the system I use is not as important as being consistent in my disciplines.
