3.5.10 Over the Weekend

Does anybody know what the update 3.5.1.0 was about?

After updating the "about" stamp is still displaying 3.5.0,9., strange!

Re: 3.5.10 Over the Weekend

From here:

Only Chart Package.exe 3.5.0.10 has been released, charting in our platform runs off a different executable. Trader.exe (the main platform) is still version 3.5.0.9.

As a result, all is ok. The Help > About menu only reports the Trader.exe version and does not report the other components like RSS Feed, Market Replay, AutoX, Market Delta plugin, etc.

Re: 3.5.10 Over the Weekend

I updated today and now one of my login's says its been disabled and the other says my password is wrong (which it isn't because I used it to login to the website with it).

Anyone successfully on 3.5.0.10 today?

Re: 3.5.10 Over the Weekend

works fine for me today.... i upgraded the latest version for the charts the other day.
Seems to work fine for me.
Once I had a password issue, emailed OEC and they reset it. Not sure what happened but it was easily fixed.

Re: 3.5.10 Over the Weekend

Just had the same login issue after another download......
FWIW - it changes the login user name.
For some reason it changes the login username to the original username I used for a demo account when I initially started using OEC. This will be different to the live account.
So if this problem occurs, check the user name is correct.

When exporting your settings, your username will be saved in the XML saved file.
Next time you load the platform your username will be displayed, if a previous username pops up is because a previous xml file is used.
You’ll find the parameter in the XML file which is created when you export your settings.
<LastUserName>YOURuserNam e</LastUserName>
