9:30 Buy and dont look @ markt for 30 min you make $ if 2:15 above R1 then sell its going to touch R1

Money Flow often tells the story
Looking back over charts of short term money flow in the hours before the FOMC announcements often reveal that the "smart money" was often able to anticipate the market's reaction to the coming news.

So far today (0848PST 09/23) they have been selling it and the first 15 minutes of trade set the tone:
