Book Selection: Anyone Read This???
Looking for a few books to help me with mental discipline and calming of the mind. Saw this one on amazon and curious to see if anyone is familiar with it and your thoughts on it.

It is a very good book that talks in a practical way about meditation and disciplined practice. You might also be interested in this book: http://www.amazon.com/Get-Your-Mind-.../dp/1572244259 It is written for the layperson as a workbook, but it is cutting-edge work from psychology using mindfulness and acceptance of emotions. It has good application to trading.
