DAX Cash Index CFD’s:
Unexpectedly DAX fall at the opening from 7,057 to find support at 6,950. The China rate hike was the reason. Next support level is at 6,900.
Today’s Recommendations: Buy at 6,900 support level. Targeting7,250 by the earning season mid Jan.2011.
Or Buy above 6,980 aiming the same target.

The index is consolidating between 6,950 and 6,980. In such a case the best action is to accumulate positions between 6,950 and below targeting the level of resistance @ 7,250 expected to be reached at mid of Jan.2011.

Sell DAX @ 7,290 Stop @ 7,315. Target exit @7,245.
Buy DAX at or around 7,240 support level. Stop @7,220. Target exit @7,440.
