Dow tested the 50% Fibonaccie level @ 10335. The result was respect.
Expect another retest, and if the result was respect, then we will sell aggressively with a target of 10000 or 9750.

Re: Dow/nq/sp&dax/ftse&aus

DOW: Price Weaknes
11 Nov. High 10,342
12 Nov. High 10,321
13 Nov. High 10,305
A close below 10,200 means the upward trend is ended, expecting a fall to 9800

DOW has broken the 50% Fibonacci level at 10,334 up to 10,430.
The question is where the highest level DOW could reach just before a price correction will happen.
If we could know that, and sell short at this level, a fast profit from a correction between 10 to 12% in a matter of a week or two.
Let’s try to predict the highest DOW before correction:
1- Resistance level at 10,500 to 10,540 or 10,650 to 10,750.
2- When SP500 reaches 50% Fibonacci at 1123.8.
3- When RSI on the DOW weekly chart >= 70 (Today it’s 68.23).
4- Any bad news could confirm the correction.

Re: Dow/nq/sp&dax/ftse&aus

It was the 10,750 level reached in the last 2 weeks of Jan 2010. the low of that correction was 9835 level.
Today 22 Feb., Dow around 10,400 and DAX around 5700.
