Ted Spread

I would like to enter into a synthetic Ted Spread position. The t-Bill no longer trades. I'am assuming I would short the Euro Dollar. What contract would I go long to replace the T-Bill? Also, how much does it cost to short one contract of the Euro Dollar? Thank you
